The effective protection can be done only by using stochastic methods against an active opponent. The effectiveness of stochastic protection methods is defined by the quality of the used pseudo-random number generators and hash functions. The proposed hashing algorithm DOZENHASH is based on the using of 3D stochastic transformations of DOZEN family. The principal feature of the algorithm is that all input and output data blocks as well as intermediate results of calculations are represented as three-dimensional array of bytes with 4 bytes in each dimension. The choice of a complex indicator is proved for the degree account of frequency distortions of signals in channels with the linear phase-frequency characteristic and non-uniform amplitude-frequency characteristic. The optimization problem solution of partial compensation of signals phase distortions is presented by adjusting the amplitudes of the harmonic components of the signal spectrum. In this work the algorithm of OCR based on template matching recognition is presented. Algorithm is adopted for character recognition with consideration of low contrast conditions and texture on the background. The main feature of this method is interest area detection and adaptive binarization before pattern matching. The proposed method does not require large set of training samples, which may be critical in some applications. Also algorithm is easy to implement and has low complexity. Testing was conducted on custom dataset under the various conditions of illumination and pattern readability. The hybrid database of information resources is developed, the database of methods and models, ontologies and tools for processing and extracting data in the web environment is also proposed. Metadata describes machine learning methods related to regression analysis and classification of information resources based on Bayesian theorem, decision trees, support vector machines, convolutional neural networks, and other. Examples of research scenarios, including the processing of video images and signals, the classification and identification of models of object trajectories are given. The task of automated data processing and analysis is considered with use of the example of multidimensional sonar monitoring. Automatic data analysis is implemented within the network software environment based on Semantic Web standards. Analysis to determine maximum power of induction motor during direct starts is performed. It is noted that direct start-up of powerful induction motors is accompanied with large currents, which in turn cause significant decrease of voltages on load buses. The options based on step change of voltage and smooth start using polynomial functions of speed are proposed. Widely used rechargeable lithium-ion batteries have significant flaws, forcing to use a specialized battery management system that protects the battery from working outside its safe working area, ensuring maximum performance. A calibration circuit was developed for testing and adjusting a battery management system in process of fabrication to compensate the offset and gain of measurement circuits of the voltage, current and temperature. The technical solution of the calibrator was based on the development of three sections: the communication, control and temperature, the voltage supply and the current supply section. The voltage supply module was a multichannel precision voltage reference that simulated the voltage of a battery cells. The developed current supply section ensured the formation of electric current with an error of no more than one percent.
