This paper presents a 8-bit pipelined analog-to-digital converter (ADC) based on 0,25um BiCMOS process. The proposed design methods are proven by measuring microchips on sampling frequency up to 1GHz. The results show that the dynamic parameters - signal to noise ratio(SNR), effective number of bits (ENOB) and spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) are 47dB, 7.3, 42dB respectively. The differentials (DNL) and integral (INL) nonlinearities have high accuracy also – less than 0,5 LSB. Besides, various other devices working with these cards are expanding. The protection of customer funds is the main issue when using bank cards is intensive. Currently, the latest digital technologies are used to protect customer means. In particular, there are smart cards, which provide higher reliability than cards with a magnetic line. In the last few years, the installation of biometric ATMs develops in the area of customer money security. This system allows the issuance of money to the client only when scanning his face. Approximations of the spectra of each of the components of the mixtures are performed. The real spectral characteristics are compared with the calculated dependences. Based on the experimental data obtained, it is shown that dielectric fluids have a mutual influence on both the aging process and the optical characteristics of the mixtures. It is established that the strong mutual influence of dielectric liquids was observed with artificial aging mix oil brands GK TC and natural ester MIDEL eN. The method for estimating the anthropogenic load and the degree of territories degradation in the areas of oil production using the normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), characterizing the change in the state of the vegetation cover, has been proposed. The dynamic of vegetation state change in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug was calculated using Landsat satellite imagery data on the basis of GIS ArcGIS Desktop and the results were compared with the data of field observations of the environmental situation. A stable correlation between the NDVI change and the increase of pollution level of the territory was revealed.
