Abstract
A mathematical model of channels with incoherent bit reception of the distorted signals with OFDM is offered. The choice of a complex indicator is proved for the degree account of frequency distortions of signals in channels with the linear phase-frequency characteristic and non-uniform amplitude-frequency characteristic.
