Documents that are subject to stamp duty are documents made as a tool to explain an event of a civil nature and documents used as evidence in court. The imposition of this Stamp Duty is based on the law established by the government, namely Law No. 13 of 1985. After 35 The year the government replaced the law on Stamp Duty with a new regulation, namely Law No. 10 of 2020, which came into effect on January 1, 2021. In this new law, several changes are adapted to the situation, good socioeconomic condition, law, and information technology. Because it is a new law, some people are not aware of any changes to this law.For this reason, it needs to be disseminated so that people are aware and able to use Stamp Duty by the provisions of the new law. The dissemination was carried out by the lecture method online using the Zoom application. The results can be seen from the questions given to the participants, which can be understood by the participants and answered correctly. Plastic waste is classified as a difficult to decompose material, so it is necessary to process plastic waste skills to have good value and benefits. This kind of upcycled program is expected to reduce plastic waste, and its processed products can be beneficial for improving the community's economy. This program is upcycled given to children at Yayasan Langkah Kecil Indonesia, Banten. This training assistance aims to realize the community's active role in processing waste into beneficial results and selling value to be used as an entrepreneurial provision. In addition, handicraft skills by making plastic works are expected to improve the understanding and mastery of participants. The implementation method used in this training is participatory, namely the involvement of members in making decisions, including planning. The training activity is grouped by the age of participants, ranging from elementary school-age children to middle school. The facilitator will accompany during the training process, from giving instructions and directions to working tutorials. Upcycled activities in this activity focus on plastic waste, especially plastic packaging beverage waste. The fact that there are economic, cultural, and environmental debates between the two sides, in this case, shows that a win-win solution could be achieved. Even so, the end of this case is a zero-sum game, where the party who rejects the reclamation wins the conflict. The future of Benoa Bay is still uncertain because the threat of reclamation always exists. This study applies identity negotiation theory as a cross-cultural communication instrument that can produce win-win solutions. The analysis was carried out on communication events that were documented in the course of the Benoa Bay reclamation case. The results show that the communication problems that occur in the Benoa Bay reclamation case can be resolved using the identity negotiation theory approach. Specifically, it was shown that the Benoa Bay reclamation case occurred multi-level in the socio-historical system of the Balinese and Indonesian people, that this conflict contained elements of moral conflict, that each party had a collection of multifaceted identities, respectful dialogue supported by an open and listening attitude did not occur. the frame that is built is bipolar, and inclusive pluralism does not work. Some recommendations were formulated to lead to a win-win situation in such cases. Most orphanages in Indonesia are lack motivation and the absence of support for the children to conduct further studies. And also the absence of entrepreneur skills for life after graduating from the orphanage. Therefore, providing skills to foster children is needed. This PKM activity aims to provide solutions to encourage children in orphanages in the form of training in processing sausage and nugget food products, including skills in food processing following the guidelines of Good Practices, food processing technology, and packaging technology. This PKM activity has three stages: the preparation stage, the training stage, and the evaluation stage. The preparation stage is coordination between the team and partners. At the training stage, the section explains the technical guidance on food product processing and discussion. The results show that the sausage and nuggets processing skills of the orphanage children are increase. This village already has plantations and quite a lot of agricultural products, especially coffee and secondary crops. The problem is, plantation processing is not easy. Farmers need expensive processing equipment, so intermediaries carry out coffee processing. Farmers only earn 1,000 rupiahs, but in fact, they can earn 10,000 rupiahs per kilogram of green coffee. Therefore, building connections between urban residents who need agricultural raw materials or farmers' plantations directly as investors is necessary. The solution given is a website-based BERTANI application to record agricultural products, farmer data used for farming. The method of making a website with a waterfall is still following the needs. The results from the data site can be used to pursue agricultural products and needs in urban areas to make appropriate and targeted technology applications. The activities carried out are (1) the preparation stage for making tools, (2) the implementation of application socialization, (3) application evaluation. The application results have been proven to positively impact the residents of the Mekarsari village because they can add to the data collection of village harvests. Therefore, adequate funding should encourage education outcome, as evidenced by the enrollment rate, expected length of schooling and average length of schooling. This study aims to determine the effect of education and health spending, fiscal decentralization, GRDP per capita (control variable) on education outcome. This study uses secondary data with panel data from 16 provinces in eastern Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is the structural equation model (SEM) with Rstudio software. The results of this study indicate that; (1) At the level of primary education and the expected duration of schooling, education expenditure has a positive and significant effect on school performance, while the level of education of the middle, high school and the duration expected schooling have no effect. (2) Health expenditure has a positive and significant effect on education outcome; (3) Fiscal decentralization has a positive and significant impact on school participation rates at primary level, for primary and middle school levels and the average length of schooling is not significant, but different from secondary level it has a negative impact and significant effect, while the expected length of schooling is not significant (4). Labor automation itself refers to substituting technology for human labor to perform specific task or jobs. This study aims to find out whether this claim is applicable to Indonesia as a newly industrialized country and what can be done to resolve this issue? To test the hypothesis of how Labor automation can be applicable to Indonesia, this research aims to analyze the impact on how technology on jobs and what variables might be replaced in the future—using predictions from past statistics comparing how these past few years have changed with the development of technology. The research analyzed previous relevant studies on automation, how opportunities get created, how jobs get transformed, and what challenges are posed by emerging technologies. The major challenges that may be faced in this case is unemployment due to disappearing labor jobs. These results suggest that Indonesia will still be impacted with the risk of labor jobs being automated.
