These demands for appropriate approximation strategies and reliable selection of evaluations to keep the amount of required evaluations were limited, without compromising on quality and requirements specified upfront. Surrogate models provide an appealing data‐driven strategy to accomplish these goals for applications including design space exploration, optimization, visualization or sensitivity analysis. The non-uniformity of the fluid field will influence the measurement precision of V-cone flowmeter. Large eddy simulation (LES) has been used to study the V-cone flowmeter’s 3-D flow field structure with different Reynolds number in this paper. The better fluid area information can gain by this way. The results show that the values of discharge coefficient (Cd) obtained from LES are more close to the experiment data than the values obtained from k-ε model. Different turbulence intensity with different Reynolds number effects the velocity distribution in the V-cone flowmeter’s flow field. When Reynolds number equals to 20000, the flow field within 8d distance from V-cone tail should keep from being disturbed while the flowmeter under working condition. The non-interfering distance from V-cone tail flow field increases with the Reynolds number raising. By using the PID controller to adjust the parameters, mainly from step loading model and sine wave loading model to analysis the simulation. Studying on dynamic characteristics and reliability of the secondary regulation technology system for loading control system of test-platform. The questions of local minima,oscillation between multiple obstacles and real-time dynamic obstacles avoidance were solved. At last multi-objective parameter optimization was implemented by using adaptive genetic algorithm. Flight track data creation method was extended to the wellbore survey field, a track data generator was designed and the inertial component models were built, so simulation inputs were provided. The track data generator bases on inertial navigation principles, and creates inertial components outputs by mathematic method.
