The peak that corresponded to the cyclotron frequency of Ca<sup>2+</sup> ions for the static component of combined magnetic field that was equal to 40μT became split up into three peaks (f<sub>1</sub> = 31/3Hz, f<sub>2</sub> = 32.5Hz f<sub>3</sub> = 34 Hz). The frequency f<sub>1</sub> corresponds to Ca<sup>2+</sup> ion (the theoretical value is 31.6 Hz), the frequency f<sub>2</sub> corresponds to hydronium ion H<sub>3</sub>O<sup>+</sup> (the theoretical value is 32.9 Hz), and frequency f<sub>3</sub> relates OH<sup>-</sup> ion (the theoretical value is 35 Hz), Taking into account the influence of combined magnetic field on the hydronium ions and the Del Giudice hypothesis the main doubts about the existence of ion cyclotron resonance may be broken. Hydronium ions are unusual because they have a long free path. It was revealed that the combined magnetic field tuned for the cyclotron frequency of hydronium ion changed pH of pure water. The technique of low-temperature Laser Scanning Microscopy (LSM) is applied to investigate contributions of individual meta-atoms to the macroscopic dc flux tuned microwave response in the high rf flux limit. The obtained LSM images of the RF current distributions across the SQUID array at zero dc flux confirms a high degree of coherence of the entire meta-surface assuming radially anisotropic nearest neighbor coupling in 2D arrays of rf-SQUIDs. We also find a rich variety of spatially clustered stable dissipative states of the rf-SQUID array due to the non-uniform penetration of magnetic flux in the direction perpendicular to the uniform external magnetic field. Possibilities of the resonance frequency fine tuning for the H111 oscillation of the waveguide-coaxial resonator with the short-circuit plunger have been analyzed. The eigen frequencies and Q-factors of the investigated oscillation in the waveguide-coaxial resonator on the basis of the evanescent waveguide have been computed. Firstly we experimentally determined the optimal coupling coefficient for two types of gratings: wire gratings and strip gratings on dielectric substrates. Therefore we determined the value of total losses in laser cavity for each researched grating. While compressing an image under interest by DCT-based coders which are rather efficient it is desirable to predict what CR will be attained for a given quantization step. We show that such prediction is possible and it can be done easily, quickly, and quite accurately. Moreover, prediction can be done for practically noise-free images and images corrupted by unknown type of noise with unknown characteristics. The phase structure is obtained from the signal phase-frequency spectrum by applying the Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) to signals on the output of SFCW georadar quadrature phase detector. It has been shown that the phase gradient of a phase-frequency spectrum of signals reflected from underground layers and buried objects are determined by their electrical properties.
