Xi, Wei Xue","doi":"10.1109/ICECE.2010.245","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/ICECE.2010.245","url":null,"abstract":"After optimizing filter back projection (FBP) algorithm of CT with the theory of symmetric transformation group and based on the fact that regular hexagons have the most symmetry axis among all the regular polygons which could pave the two dimensional plane without chink (total six symmetry axis compare three of regular triangle and four of square), a fast reconstruction algorithm is founded to reduce calculating time cost in the back projection part of FBP. Since the back projection part is the major time-consuming part of FBP, the new algorithm accelerates image reconstruction significantly. Dynamic response of the vehicle has been analyzed based on the wheel rolling resistance, air friction and grade resistance had been considered as total resistance of car driving wheel. Dynamic response relationship of the system speed ratio, CVT ratio and vehicle speed has been obtained. Since the parameters are always changing as time-varying, nonlinearity and randomicity during biology fermentation control process. the scheme for biology fermentation control process using feed forward decoupling intelligent algorithm for multivariable based on FNN is presented. Fuzzy-Neural controller and decoupling units were designed independently, where the Fuzzy controller combined with neural network and the radial basis function neural network was employed for decoupling. The optimized training algorithm based on the system output error was used for online adjustment of network weights, thus realizing dynamic decoupling, which eliminated the need of identifying the plants. The failure rate threshold through the maximum availability method was determined, and then the maintenance decision model for the electric transformer was established. In this paper, an advanced energy system analysis method, specific consumption analysis, is used to examine the performance of 600MW supercritical coal-fired power plants and to identify and evaluate the specific consumption accruals. Moreover, the specific consumption analysis provides a detailed energy saving-effect of feed-water heating system at the load of 100%, 75% and 50%. In addition, the dynamic responses of system parameters during typical voltage sag and the role of dumping load at DC side have been tested. The approximate radius of steel bar is measured by chain coding. The edges of steel bars are detected by Sobel operator, and separation of steel bars and background is carried out by Otsu method. Then the improved Hough transformation is adopted in the image of steel bars in order to accumulate the gray values, and the locations of steel bars are got by the threshold segmentation, then max. gray values in a region are founded.
