摘要

本文引入比例风险模型的概念,利用威布尔比例风险模型建立了基于状态监测信息的变压器维修故障率模型。通过最大可用性法确定故障率阈值,建立变压器维修决策模型。最后,以变压器油中气体的分析为例,说明了基于PHM的维修决策过程,并验证了该模型在变压器维修中的可行性。
