It was deduced that the pinholes were formed because the lead anode dissolved in CuSO4-H2SO4 electrolyte. In this paper, the copper foil samples were electrodeposited on a titanium cathode and a lead anode in CuSO4-H2SO4 electrolyte system with different additions of the suspended state lead sulfate (PbSO4) and hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC), in which the other electro-deposition parameters were according with the manufacture line. The results show that PbSO4 in electrolyte is the reason leading to pinhole formation on copper foils. The addition of HEC in the electrolyte can prevent the formation of pinhole and promote fine crystallization, accordingly it improves the mechanical properties of copper foil.","PeriodicalId":6400,"journal":{"name":"2011 Second International Conference on Mechanic Automation and Control Engineering","volume":"08 1","pages":"279-282"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85857066","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, the recycling of the construction waste especially the waste concrete will bring about outstanding environmental and economical benefits, which will also be an important method of maintaining a sustainable development of construction, resources and environment. This paper briefly introduces the basic properties of recycled concrete and its engineering application at home and abroad. Also discusses the application prospect of composite structure and recycled concrete board. Its key factor is to set up an appropriate tool orientation. The relationship between tool orientation and tool-axial inclination was analyzed, and the optimization method based on planar fitting was proposed. It consists of three steps: Firstly, the machining surfaces are scattered to points and fitted a plane, and the tool-axis is tilted a angle α that is recommended as the initial tool-axial inclination, in the plane which is defined by the feed direction and the normal direction of the fitted plane; Secondly, the heel angle of each point on machining surfaces are calculated, and the numeral scales of machining points whose inclinations are in a certain range to all are also counted; Finally, it is drawn that if the tool-axial orientation is optimal based on the counted result, otherwise, it is needed to reselect a new or to re-divide the machining areas until a satisfactory result is gotten. In addition, a software tool was developed to optimize tool orientation for positional 5-axis machining, and an application case was introduced to prove the validity of the method.","PeriodicalId":6400,"journal":{"name":"2011 Second International Conference on Mechanic Automation and Control Engineering","volume":"16 1","pages":"5561-5564"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"85998334","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The specific surface area, pore volume is characterized. The effect of different acid treatment time, different nickel loading quantity on its catalytic activity is investigated. The results show that the specific surface area is 156m2/g after acid treatment of 5h. The loading quantity of active component is linear with coating times. The influence of coating times on the gas composition is quite small, and the sum of the content of H2 and CO keeps as high as 90 vol %. After 6h catalytic reaction, the phase structure of catalyst hasn't any change, and the tar conversion decreased from 87.4 wt % to 81.3wt %. Presently, the bottleneck of application of magnesium alloys as biomaterials is that their corrosion speed is too rapid. The magnesium alloy will seriously erode before the tissue or organ recovers. Moreover, the excessive hydrogen gas that cannot be processed by human body will generate in the corrosion process. Therefore, improving the corrosion resistance is the key to successfully apply magnesium alloys in the field of biomaterials. In present, magnesium alloy Mg-8.0Al-1.0Zn-1.0La fabricated by authors in prior research was processed by micro-arc oxidation technology for improving the corrosion resistance. Results showed that the anodic polarization behavior transferred from the active dissolution to the self-passivation after micro-arc oxidation. The self corrosion current density decreased 3∼5 order of magnitude. The micro-arc oxidation film generated in-situ on the surface of Mg-8.0Al-1.0Zn-1.0La alloy constitutes of ceramic materials, such as MgO, MgSiO3, Mg2SiO4 and Al2O3. The ceramic film can protected the magnesium matrix from eroding.","PeriodicalId":6400,"journal":{"name":"2011 Second International Conference on Mechanic Automation and Control Engineering","volume":"47 1","pages":"7337-7339"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80855539","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the capital of thirteen dynasties, Luoyang is the most representative in metropolis space, as its evolution process reflects all the features from early to mid stage of China's ancient capital city space form. By analyzing the development during the important periods of Luoyang through researching literature materials, it can be concluded that with constantly improving of etiquette thoughts, its space form improved ceaselessly and eventually comes to the metropolis space form marked by Chinese monarchy rules characteristics. Thus it can be clearly understood the development and change rules of metropolis space form, which can provide important reference for research in China's ancient capitals space form in later period.","PeriodicalId":6400,"journal":{"name":"2011 Second International Conference on Mechanic Automation and Control Engineering","volume":"11 1","pages":"6266-6268"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81130099","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
