Industry, as the most important trade that consumes energy and resources, is our main direction to achieve the goals of reducing carbon intensity emission. This paper first analyzes the opportunities as well as challenges which the industry in China is faced up to as a consequence of climate change. Then, it mainly refers to our achievements in energy saving and emission reduction. The effect of hydrolysis acidification was studied by divisional influent that compared with the single influent of the anaerobic baffled reactor. And it puts forward methods of weighting factor setting for M-type fuzzy controller according to the different control plants. It discusses that M parameter affects system performance in detail, and indicates that M1, M2 and M3 have function of wide, fine and precision adjusting system performance respectively, which is similar to proportion, integral and differential coefficient of PID controller. To prevent failures such as deformation and cracking, homogeneous temperature field distribution was required for every spray layer. This can be achieved by optimizing the processing parameters using numerical simulating of the temperature distribution. The 3-D temperature simulating technology in the rapid prototyping process using arc spray was introduced. A 3-D model for temperature distribution was established using finite element method. In this model, arc spray rapid prototyping is considered as a process in which every molten drop moves along the path and overlays one another. The movement of the heat source was defined by a function. The temperature evolution as a function of time and the temperature distribution gradient of the sprayed layer were simulated. A real-time measurement of the temperature field was also conducted using infrared thermal imaging system. The position transformational matrix was deduced and the normal and inverse pose solutions to the manipulator were analyzed. Then the kinematic Jacobian matrix and Hessian matrix were derived by the method of influence coefficient. In many parts of the world, it takes the time-electricity price system in which the ratio of peak and valley price is 4:1 or even higher. In order to make a valuable use of power resources, this paper introduces an advanced active time-saving control system, which makes the full use of time-price differential under the circumstances to achieve the intelligent control to energy valley and peak. Electrolytic process generating method is used to cast the impeller blades and hub surface. It is effective method to improve the accuracy of the impeller to reduce flow resistance. The shape of the cathode tool is taper shank ball. According to the experimental data is used to determine the processing parameters. The five-axis CNC EDM machine is used to complete the turbine blades and hub of the surface processing. The conductances of different suspension were determined as the changes of concentration, temperature, immersion time and pH values with time were measured in this article. Simultaneously, different aqueous media impacting on oxidation and dissolution of tungsten carbide powder was also studied. The experimental data show that conductance changes results from the oxidation and dissolution of tungsten carbide in water.
