Accuracy control of transmission is an extra crucial requirement for design and manufacture. Firstly presented a mathematical approach for precision analysis on cycloid gear, it enable predict mesh stiffness, backlash and angular transmission error with consideration of manufacture tolerance, elastic deformation in cycloid gear. Secondly, the solution was developed for angular transmission error analysis in K-H-V reducer, in which includes effect from bearing (stiffness and initial mounting conditions), crank shaft (offset error and flexibility). Finally, experimental study was conducted for validation which showed good agreement with simulation.","PeriodicalId":6400,"journal":{"name":"2011 Second International Conference on Mechanic Automation and Control Engineering","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"75750051","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

And the effects of pre-load magnitude on the radial stiffness, maximum contact stress and maximum radial load of the bearings are researched mainly. The results show that the larger pre-load magnitude is, the larger the radial stiffness, the maximum contact stress and the maximum radial load are. Rational combination of pre-load magnitude and hollow ratio does not only enhance the radial stiffness, but also depress the maximum contact stress. The research offers the references for designing and using the pre-loaded cylindrical roller bearings.","PeriodicalId":6400,"journal":{"name":"2011 Second International Conference on Mechanic Automation and Control Engineering","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"74281513","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In a greenhouse the sump tank is often located underground. Water levels are monitored with a high and low alarm. The sump pump is turned off and on according to the water levels. In a general way the sump pump is turned off and on by floats in the tank. Floats may be corroded and wear out prematurely because of the bad condition in the tank. In our project a controller for bad conditions is designed. A low-voltage electronic circuit that senses upper and lower water levels is used for alarms and sump pump activation. Since the electronic sensor has no moving mechanical parts, it eliminates problems with corrosion and wear and tear. It is cheaper and more durable than float system and can be used treatment of greenhouse recirculation water and the irrigation system in a greenhouse.","PeriodicalId":6400,"journal":{"name":"2011 Second International Conference on Mechanic Automation and Control Engineering","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78723755","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to non-stationary feature of vibration signal, traditional spectrum analysis and PSD methods are limited. In this paper, mechanical vibration transmission relationship is researched based on wavelet denoising technique and higher order spectrum analysis by the use of the character that wavelet decomposition possess the function of self-adapting time-frequency localization characteristic and higher order spectrum can restrain the additive gauss noise, putting forward frequency response function based on 1.5 dimension spectrum. The effect of vibration transmission relationship based on wavelet de-noising and 1.5 dimension spectrum is better than power spectrum though analyzing and comparing, the results could be taken into consideration in vehicle structural design.","PeriodicalId":6400,"journal":{"name":"2011 Second International Conference on Mechanic Automation and Control Engineering","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78386232","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results of simulation for heat transfer show that: 1) With the increasing of the tube spacing in floor layer, the average floor surface temperature decreases and temperature fluctuations enlarge, in the same time practical experiments show that the simulation results are reliable.2) The thinner the floor layer structure, the higher the floor surface temperature, and the more thermal inertia and cost of floor, but the less capacity of heat storage. The thickness of the floor layer structure should be decided by actual design requirements for space heating.3) Floor radiant heating capacity will be significantly reduced with the decreasing of thermal conductivity of floor surface layer. The material of floor surface layer, whose heat transfer coefficient is small, should be avoided to be use in practical engineering.","PeriodicalId":6400,"journal":{"name":"2011 Second International Conference on Mechanic Automation and Control Engineering","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-07-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"78389594","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
