The main objective of the present research focuses on the control strategy of regenerative furnaces. The control strategy was based on a model where alternatively operation of burners is considered. According to the concept of HiTAC, air-to-fuel ratio and the switching time were settled as the key parameters in the control system. The basic concept of operating sequences of changeover valves was provided. In the paper the FE model is set up based on the structure. The steady temperature field and liquid-solid coupling temperature field is analyzed on the basis of ANSYS program of FEM. Tiptop temperature relatively error is 1.4%. Many projects are compared based on heat dissipation performance of ECU radiator. The temperature distribution and heat gradient are calculated. The results of the velocity vector-graph and fluid pressure distribution of the elbow were also obtained. The distribution of fluid pressure on elbow wall was found. Furthermore, the secondary flow can be precisely predicted with the proposed procedures. This paper proposes a mesh segmentation algorithm and an adaptive mesh simplification algorithm, based on quadric error metric of Garland, that can keep the triangle grid local features effectively. The algorithm introduces vertex slope as the weighted value of the basic quadric error metric. Many years later, these bridges appear diseases. This paper analysis the reasons of the diseases and proposes many methods to repair these arch bridges. The main diseases of masonry arch bridge are arch ring fracture, sidewall ballooning destruction and concrete decency. The main diseases of two-way curved arch bridges are pier or abutment displacement, arch rib strength deficiency, cross direction connection deficiency and poor drainage of packing. The main diseases of ribbed arch bridges are transverse crack of deck, longitudinal beam crack. This paper proposes many methods to repair these bridges, such as grouting method sealing crack, bending carbon cloth, bending steel plate and adjusting dead load of arch ring. The free fluid surface is simulated by the VOF method. The function of the fixed-cone valve for energy dissipating is pointed out by analyzing the computed pressure field, velocity field and streamlines distribution. The duplex coatings were deposited in dual baths (alkaline hypophosphite-and borohydride-reduced electroless nickel baths). The coatings were amorphous in as-plated condition. Upon heat-treatment, they were crystallized and produced nickel borides.
