This research has adopted the “nonequivalent pretest — posttest control group design” in quasi-experiment design. The study instruments include: The “Torrance creative thinking ability” and questionnaire survey on the learning reactions. Such statistic methods have used the one-way analysis of covariance (ANCOVA), frequency distribution, etc. From the study results, it has been found that: 1. The students' creative thinking abilities have contributed significantly more in originality and elaboration of figural creative thinking abilities than the students in the control group. 2. The students' creative thinking abilities have contributed significantly more in the fluency, flexibility, and originality of verbal creative thinking abilities than the students in control group. 3. The students have profound experiences in the topics related to creativity and have provided positive feedbacks. 4. The teachers must establish a learning environment and study constantly in order to link the teaching methods covered in the teaching material and real life. The remarkable feature of the presented protocol is that it enables the equipments to claim, configure and maintain their network addresses autonomously within the PLC network. Data communications can also be performed freely without the interferences of the network management equipments. Experimental results verified its flexibility and reliability. According to the requirements and problems of information exchange between correlated systems in smart distribution grid, an information exchange platform for smart distribution grid based on standardized information model of IEC61968/61970, coarse-grained information exchange model of IEC61968, publish/subscribe mechanism and SOA is proposed. The architecture, function requirement and key technologies of this platform are studied. The platform provides a unified information exchange bus supported by standardized information model as well as flexible and efficient message transmission mechanism, achieves realtime, quasi-real-time and non-real-time information exchange between various distribution systems, and supports the business flow and application integration of multiple systems. Focus on the issue of fairness on the bottleneck link in multipath transmission, and analyzes the limitations of the algorithms of EWTCP with equal round-trip time, We investigate a congestion control scheme that addresses this problem with the adaptive weighted congestion control approach(AWTCP). Series satellite remote sensing images obtained in 1988, 1998 and 2007 were employed to surveyed land use change integrated field surveying. Some land use index such as land use domnant type, land use dominant index and land use intensity index were created to describe main land use function, its dominance and regional land use intensity., individually. Then the land use change and its spatial differences in 1980s, 1990s and 2000s was assessment. The result as follow: Regional differences of land use and its change was more and more with land exploitation and use process carried forward. This process expressed by shrink of coastal beach and swamp, while expasion of buiding area and fish pool. And tranform of land use dominant type from coast beach, swamp and salt lake(low intensity types) in 1980s to building are, fish pool(high intensity type) in 2000s. While Land use diversity increased and dominant index of individual land use type reduced. Land use intensity index boasted famous in coastal zone of Binzhou, coastal zone of Panjin and coastal zone of Dongying. This paper introduced the concept of Agent and Multi-Agent System with the current lack of the protection technology, discussed the Agent application of relay protection from different standpoints, described the characteristics, structure, model and decision-making process of relay protection based on Multi-Agent System. Today, power system network is more and more intelligent, applying the Multi-Agent technology to the relay protection areas has important significance for improving the stability of the whole system. The enormous geothermal energy is supposed as renewable resource such as wind, solar and biomass. More significantly, because of its lower emissions of greenhouse gas (CO2), geothermal energy is effective on reducing the catastrophic environmental deterioration. This overview describes the current state and utilization of geothermal energy in oilfield, China. There are many oil-producing wells, with well depth over 3km in oilfield. Moreover, it is economic and sustainable to convert the oil well valueless or abandoned to a geothermal well, which are, therefore, the innate advantages for oilfield to develop geothermal energy. Because the current tectonic stress field is extensional in the eastern sedimentary basin of China, which leads to higher geothermal gradient that is 35–45°C/km so that oilfield distributing on Songliao basin and Bohai Bay basin, such as Huabei, Liaohe, Henan, Daqing, Dagang, Shengli and Jilin, have made great achievement on utilizing geothermal energy.
