The platform provides a unified information exchange bus supported by standardized information model as well as flexible and efficient message transmission mechanism, achieves realtime, quasi-real-time and non-real-time information exchange between various distribution systems, and supports the business flow and application integration of multiple systems. Abstract

The full information integration and highly unified information model is one of important embodiments of the smart grid connotation and features. According to the requirements and problems of information exchange between correlated systems in smart distribution grid, an information exchange platform for smart distribution grid based on standardized information model of IEC61968/61970, coarse-grained information exchange model of IEC61968, publish/subscribe mechanism and SOA is proposed. The architecture, function requirement and key technologies of this platform are studied. 基于IEC 61970/61968的智能配电网信息集成研究
充分的信息集成和高度统一的信息模型是智能电网内涵和特征的重要体现之一。针对智能配电网中相关系统间信息交换的需求和问题,提出了一种基于IEC61968/61970标准信息模型、IEC61968粗粒度信息交换模型、发布/订阅机制和SOA的智能配电网信息交换平台。研究了该平台的体系结构、功能需求和关键技术。该平台提供了以标准化信息模型为支撑的统一信息交换总线和灵活高效的消息传输机制,实现了各分发系统之间的实时、准实时和非实时信息交换,支持多系统的业务流程和应用集成。该平台以信息交换总线为基础,采用松耦合的方式实现信息共享,保证了智能配电网信息交换的灵活性、高效性、安全性、可维护性和可扩展性。
