The concentration of the lip peptide reached 1.62 g/L, which was 22.73% higher than un-optimized. The biodemulsifier preparation kinetics were investigated. The kinetic models of strains growth and lipopeptide formation were established by Matlab, providing a good description of temporal variations of biomass, and product in JM-1fermentation. These models were applied to guide the industrial production of the biodemulsifier.","PeriodicalId":6328,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Computer Distributed Control and Intelligent Environmental Monitoring","volume":"32 1","pages":"1367-1370"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80998261","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The biochemical conversion, the thermo-chemical conversion and the straw briquette process are all high efficiently straw stem using technology. The long wintertime and the cold climate limit the effect of biochemical conversion. The straw pyrolysis oil production technology still needs further research to promote engineering application. The straw gasification is a better technology for the high efficiently using straw stem, but the tar problem is a tough barrier. The direct combustion technology is simple and practical, but the burning efficiency should be further improved. The straw briquette technology is nearly mature for engineering application. Further more, the straw briquette has a good transport and storage properties. It can be a fuel pretreatment technology.","PeriodicalId":6328,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Computer Distributed Control and Intelligent Environmental Monitoring","volume":"148 1","pages":"1434-1437"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"77821731","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Economical, ecological and social benefits are assessed in this study to determine efficiency of these measures. All measures have shown a positive net present value of direct benefits in the computing period when an interest rate 10% used. And an evaluation system for comparing efficiencies of these measures have been built, indictors such us economical effects, payback period time, changes in soil erosion rates, nutrient content, microclimate, and social benefits are recommended. Forest enclosure, embankments, and biomass pools are the most economically measures with a short payback period while low efficiency forest reform, fruit trees planting and shifting slope to terrace measures had remarkable effects on reducing soil erosion and protecting soil and water resource, pear trees can be replaced by other cash crops to avoid long payback period.","PeriodicalId":6328,"journal":{"name":"2011 International Conference on Computer Distributed Control and Intelligent Environmental Monitoring","volume":"1 1","pages":"2420-2423"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2011-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76734166","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
