The concentration of the lip peptide reached 1.62 g/L, which was 22.73% higher than un-optimized. The biodemulsifier preparation kinetics were investigated. The kinetic models of strains growth and lipopeptide formation were established by Matlab, providing a good description of temporal variations of biomass, and product in JM-1fermentation. Abstract
