Yong","doi":"10.3877/586","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3877/586","url":null,"abstract":"Objective　To investigate the role of canonical Wnt signaling pathway on the proliferation and differentiation of hepatic oval cells in vitro.Methods　WB­F344 cells were treated with recombinant Wnt3a(20,40,80,160,200 ng/ml) in the serum­free medium for 24 hours.Cell proliferation was measured by Brdu incorporation analysis，un­treated WB­F344 cells were taken as control.After treated with Wnt3a(160 ng/ml) for 24 hours，the subcellular localization and protein expression of β­catenin in WB­F344 cells were examined by immunofluorescence staining and Western­blot analysis.CyclinD1 mRNA expression was determined by semi­quantitative RT­PCR. The specimen mechanical parameters which correlated to load under conditions such as axial compression，flex，extension and lateral bending，were tested and collected. Results　The DIAM fixation could not only stabilize spine well，but also decrease the stress concentration. The Isola system fixed solidly，but the stress concentrated excessively contrasted to that of normal vertebral body，and increased the stress of adjacent segments .Conclusions　 The spinal stabilization is step down when the posterior structure of lumbar is defected by removal the nucleus and disc，and the DIAM can improve the unsteadiness. {"title":"Effects of acute formaldehyde exposure on serum testosterone content and sexual behavior in adult male rats","authors":"Z.
