Observing expressing habits between different languages is the precondition to make target texts more readable. It is crucial to ensure the exactness and seriousness of legal texts, but it does not mean that translators have to take machined way to leave out and even give up transmitting in-deep cultural implications for the intention of achieving the all-inclusive integrity of target content. It is a correct choice for translators to take overt translation and covert translation in line with traits of source language and target language and differences between civil law system and common law system. The research reveals that vocational education reform can draw on the experiences of the German dual system, American community colleges, and Chinese vocational education reforms, with a focus on informal education pathways, practice-oriented teaching, and flexible training methods. The Zhaixing Academy case demonstrates the application of practice-oriented teaching approaches in the field of vocational education, emphasizing individual student development needs and the advantages of education outside formal institutions, offering new insights and references for the current Chinese education system. The study proposes that governments and education departments should increase investment in vocational education, encourage collaboration between enterprises and vocational education institutions, and support innovative practice-oriented education. With so much available documentation, giving a detailed report on the development of higher education in Nigeria will be more appropriate in the form of a book. This paper aims to capture a summarized version of available documentation on the subject. The paper traces briefly the history and development of higher education in Nigeria from colonial to the present (post-colonial) Nigeria. Also, a brief discussion on the methods or systems of education that was present in pre-colonial Nigeria. Universities (public universities) as institutions of higher education shall be the focal point of this paper. This is because they are the point of reference globally whenever the terms higher education or higher institutions are mentioned. For the viability of the nation’s development, efficient performance of the higher education system is required. However, as the province with the lowest per capita education level in China, Tibet has only reached the level of 6.75 years per capita. This illustrates the worrying educational inequality that still exists between China’s poorer and more developed regions. This educational inequality can also be expressed by the Gini coefficient of education. In order to eliminate this educational inequality, the Chinese government has made great efforts. The Chinese government has expanded the demand for education through the right incentive system and the nine-year compulsory education law. On the other hand, the Chinese government directly or indirectly grants subsidies to education suppliers and demanders to achieve the purpose of increasing education output. Based on the positive externality of education itself, the Chinese government attaches great importance to the cultivation of human resources for offspring, and hopes to transform China’s quantity-based demographic dividend into quality-based demographic dividend, and finally realize sustained economic growth.
