Students in group B received Micro-lecture combined with Simbaby teaching model, while students in group A received traditional teaching method. In group A, teachers adopted traditional teaching method with the use of common teaching models, then students practiced on these models following the demonstrations from teachers. In group B, students previewed the contents before class in micro-lecture, then teachers made Simbaby to be used as case models and explained to the students as how to use the model in actual class. Students made diagnosis and gave treatment to the Simbaby after physical examination. At last, teaching effects were evaluated by questionnaire survey and theoretical test. In combination with teachers' scientific research projects, 3 to 5 medical undergraduates in 3rd grade who applied for the projects initiatively were selected every year to enter into different research groups in the department. According to students' wishes, they may participate in some experiments in scientific research projects, or complete small projects independently, or write a review on a certain topic under teachers' guidance. In the past 10 years, 25 students participated in the program of our section and published 19 papers in total. Most students who participated in the experimental research program were able to carry out some scientific experiments independently with improved scientific research ability and practical ability. Students who wrote reviews not only broadened their knowledge, but also developed the skills of literature search, reading, comprehensive writing and critical thinking. Six experiments (aseptic technique, vital sign measurement, nasal feeding, catheterization, intramuscular injection and intravenous infusion) were selected in the SBME group as carrier experiment for scenario simulation teaching. After the end of the teaching, the teaching results were evaluated by questionnaire survey, theoretical knowledge assessment, experimental operation assessment and direct observation of procedural skills. SPSS 19.0 was used to perform the t-test. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Results \u0000Examination results showed that the good rate and excellent rate in students of 2016 batch were 71.21% and 16.67%, respectively; the good and excellent rate in students of 2015 batch were 55.71% and 1.43%, respectively; theoretical and operational scores in students of 2016 batch were significantly higher than those in students of 2015 batch (P<0.05). A multi-dimensional and multi-layered learning network was formed among students and their critical thinking ability was enhanced through cooperative learning. Among those 133 students, six students were failed, occupying 4.51%. The overall difficulty coefficient of examination paper (P) was 0.71, and P value of multiple choice questions and blank-filling questions was 0.4-0.7. Difference degrees (D) of question types were more than 0.600 and the overall reliability was 0.764. Scores of examination paper were generally in normal distribution. The average scores of students form anesthesiology major were higher than those of students from navigation medicine major, but the average scores of students from above two majors were higher than those of students from psychology major, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Conclusion \u0000Question types of this paper are comprehensive and reasonable. The overall difficulty is not high, the difference degree is good, the reliability is good and the score distribution is reasonable. However, the question should be further improved, focusing on the reasonable distribution of difficulty of question.
