This research employs qualitative analysis and descriptive analysis as its technique for analyzing the data. The researcher uses his logic when discussing this research, in which the researcher is an instrument of the research. The validity of the result of this research is carried out by data triangulation analysis. The process of validating the result is also carried out with a focus group discussion which involves seven expert lecturers in the history of civilization. In practice, recognition can be made verbally, in documents, and in behavior (attitude). Active efforts or positive interactions can be in the form of mutual cooperation activities, willingness to get along, helping each other, visiting each other, gathering in a forum to solve a problem, or other activities. QS An-Nahl Verse 43 is a popular verse that is widely used to represent appropriate to ask, this terminology is closely related to what is known as a sample. However, in contrast to the sample, the meaning intended by the verse is beyond the scope of the sample, in this study, it is termed as 'Amid. In market research, such as research on how well educational products are produced by universities, the number of response rates affects the conclusions that are built, so the sampling approach does not correlate well. The research uses 'Amid, as an approach model that is able to increase the response rate and at the same time the best reference in questioning the assessment of higher education products that are the object of research. The study found that the 'Amid' model has more quality data than the commonly used survey approach with a better travel time. However, psychological contract from the spiritual perspective has not been much explored. This empirical study attempts to enrich the understanding of the psychological contract phenomenon from a spiritual perspective. This is a research paper to explore the dimensionalities of a spiritual psychological contract with examined both inner (structure) and outer (measurement) models via Partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). A survey of 108 employees in business organizations in Indonesia, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan was drawn for the study using a nonprobability convenience sampling procedure to obtain a more representative sample. The construct validity of the spiritual psychological contract (SPC) via SmartPLS 3.2.7 software led to the major finding; the SPC measurement model in the business organizational context is explained by three components i.e., transactional, relational, and liturgical contract. This paper is the first of research projects that examined the relationship between religiosity and israfin the scale of the country. This study uses a probit model estimation model using STATA 12 software. The data set being used is Indonesia Family Life Survey 5 (IFLS5), which consists of a 5.646 Moslem family sample (>20.000 individual Moslems) representing about 83% of the Indonesian population living in 13 of the 26 provinces in Indonesia. This paper examined the relationship between Islamic religiosity (identity religiosity, intrinsic religiosity, extrinsic religiosity) and excessive conspicuous luxury consumption (israf). The result is no relationship between Islamic religiosity and Israf in Indonesia. Identity, intrinsic and extrinsic religiosity insignificantly corresponds to israf. This study explores the impact of disasters on MSMEs, especially those engaged in the halal food sector. The research methodology used was phenomenology, with the data source being MSME actors in the halal food sector who were affected by the disaster in Palu City. The results of this study provide a conceptual framework for disaster impacts, which include direct and indirect impacts on physical assets, human resources, raw materials, production, sales, and capital. The relationship between the impact of the disaster and economic actors in the halal food sector breaks the supply chain in impacted and non-impacted areas. This study employs phenomenology method with a sociology of religion approach emphasizing the religious literacy outlook. Religious literacy entails a comprehensive approach to understanding the various concept of religiosity in a plural society and adds to it the ability to critically reflect on the fundamental intersections of religion and social, political, and cultural life through multiple lenses (Moore, 2007). Data is collected through library research, field observations, structured interviews involving pesantren’s leaders, teachers and students in Pesantren Al-Muayyad, Windan, Surakarta.
