The novelty of this research is to examine the cultural history, and its impact on the social life of the community and the income of the people of Kailolo Village. This research was conducted using an ethnographic approach with interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the study show that this Manian tradition has been carried out since ancient times where this tradition was carried out to commemorate the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Manian implementation has rules which must be started by the Tuanany clan, the Marasabessy Putiiman clan on the 25th Rabiul Awal, the Usemahu clan on the 26th Robi’ul Awal, the Marasabessy Nurlembe clan on the 27th Rabi'ul Awal, the Ohorella clan on the last Monday of the month of Robi’ul Awal, and the Marasabessy Nurlembe Minor clan must be after the Marasabessy Nurlembe clan. The implementation of Manian greatly impacted the solidarity and brotherhood of the people of Kailolo village. The education system in the vocational institution focuses on practical activities, so the use of instructional media during online learning faces various problems. Online learning is believed to be effective if there is a two-way interaction between lecturers and students in class using effective instructional media. This research was conducted to look into the students' perception of using online instructional media. With a sample of 181 students, this study employed a descriptive quantitative method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms consisting of 17 questions with a Likert scale. In addition, semi-structured interviews with students were carried out for data triangulation. The results showed that the student perception of using instructional media during online learning is good, with an average score of 3.15 (Scale of 1- 4). The students perceived that instructional media during online learning increases their confidence and competence in learning, and their awareness of mastering a subject matter increased slightly, primarily in theoretical subjects. However, in practical classes, students still experienced problems due to the need for hands-on training. Ethical leadership, appropriate prescriptive behaviour, and promotion among staff through personal behaviour and interpersonal relationships. The focus of ethical leadership is obedience, and the content material of norms and ethical requirements varies in line with the cultural context of each country. Community members develop cognitive templates of behaviours that leaders prefer. This indicates that leaders tend to act in a manner that corresponds to their respective societal expectations of being more effective. This study uses a systematic literature review method. Ethical leadership in China is rooted in Confucian philosophy, whereas ethical leadership in Canada emphasizes performance, future orientation, and individualism. Lawrence Kohlberg on moral reasoning said that most people go through what is called the conventional cognitive level of moral development. This study provides reference material in the study of culture and cognition in ethical leadership that has not been extensively studied by researchers. This research helps people see the cultural differences that affect ethical leadership among state leaders, particularly in China and Canada. Cultural diversity, ethnicity, language, race, religion, and customs can cause differences in understanding and perspective on an object so this has the potential to cause divisions between members of the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the social cohesion ability of elementary school students from the aspect of belonging, mutual openness, recognition/award, and participation/goal. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique used a social cohesion questionnaire with a total sampling of 53 people as research subjects. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula P=f/N x 100%. The condition of students' social cohesion from the aspect of belonging, mutual openness, recognition/award, and participation/goal is in the high category. Therefore, students need to develop themselves through various study group activities, to be able to take valuable lessons for their future. This study aims to determine the efforts of Indonesia's public diplomacy in increasing the number of tourist visits from Singapore through Wonderful Indonesia as nation branding. This research is focused on 2016 to 2019. This research used a descriptive qualitative method by using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, and document collection, such as official documents from private sources and internet sources in the form of articles in relevant journals and publications, and can be ascertained their validity. The author also uses three stages of data analysis according to Miles and Huberman (1994), including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or data verification by data triangulation to explain the data obtained from the field in detail and clearly. The study found that Indonesia's public diplomacy efforts, which involved non-state actors by promoting Wonderful Indonesia, had a positive impact on tourism from Singapore. These efforts not only increased the number of tourist visits, but also boosted the country's foreign exchange income and earned recognition for the actors involved. Overall, the objective of these initiatives was to promote Indonesian culture, foster good relations with the Singaporean public, and create a favourable impression of Indonesia as a tourist destination. English as a global language should be in line with their specific purposes. Therefore, it is essential to formulate students’ language skill experiences during their study in the Islamic Broadcasting Communication study program to find real benefits in EFL learning. The study is a Need Analysis (NA) which involves 30 students of the Islamic Broadcasting Communication study program, and 3 ESP lecturers of Universitas Sains Alqur’an, Central Java in Wonosobo, Indonesia. The aims are to investigate the students’ needs in ESP and to confirm if students’ needs in English lectures are reflected in the existing curriculum or not. The study is conducted using descriptive qualitative. The data are collected through a questionnaire, documentation, and interview. The research was conducted at the Bali State Polytechnic (PNB), using the Research & Development method with a 4-D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). Currently, the dissemination stage is carried out through an effectiveness test using a quasi-experiment approach, with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects are PNB engineering students in 2020/2021, and 10 classes are taken by purposive sampling. Data were collected using a mathematical problem-solving ability test and analyzed using a t-test, N-Gain scores, and effect size. The results of the analysis show that the effect size of digital mathematics textbooks to improve mathematical problem-solving skills in Schoology-assisted blended learning is very large. This is inseparable from the existence of Carok as a last resort to solve problems for the Madurese people. It is necessary to reconstruct through historiography to reduce the negative stigma. In some previous studies, it examined Carok which was reviewed from the law in Indonesia and the history of the Madurese people to the character of the Madurese people. However, the research has not explained the history of the conflict, especially Carok in Madura. Therefore, researchers use historical methods to explore Carok 's history in detail to know the development of Carok and its relevance to Settong Dara, the values of Carok, and Carok 's understanding of efforts with Settong Dara to reduce negative stigma in Madurese society. The research results obtained are that Carok was known during the Dutch colonial period. At that time, dutch people were moved to challenge the Dutch after the death of Sakera. However, the Dutch fought to make the image of celurit and Madura ugly. Before committing Carok, the two sides in the dispute must first meet the requirements. In the present time, this requirement has been ignored by some people, causing a shift in the meaning of Carok which causes a negative stigma. One of them is Kampung Kota Baru Tengah in Balikpapan City, which is the location for the Community-Based Settlement Environmental Management program (KOTAKU Program). The socialization program is carried out with an approach to the informal community. Socialization through community media is the mainstay of the government so that existing programs can be realized properly in society. This study aims to see the similarity of perceptions regarding space as a place to live. Considering that a common perception is one of the first steps to achieving the success of the KOTAKU program, where a common perception of where to live will become the vision of development in residential areas so that people will be more consistent in implementing the KOTAKU program. This study uses Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) analysis, which will then map the perceptions of settlements. The results of the perception mapping formed show that individuals in each community have different perceptions of settlements. Based on perceptions of reconciliation grouping, we found that 51% chose identity as the main reason for staying and 48.5% chose location dependence as the main reason for staying. This perception formed in the community suggests that government strategies for environmental and housing improvement programs are advocated to reflect or strengthen people's sense of identity and place dependability.
