Today, large amounts of data related to the execution of business processes called event logs are stored in the information systems. Process mining enables knowledge management by extracting knowledge from these historical event logs. Most organisations seek to understand how their business processes are executed to improve them. Therefore, several process discovery techniques have been developed in the field of process mining. However, none of the existing algorithms can discover all types of process constructs that can exist in an event log in a restricted time. This paper proposes a new heuristic rule-based technique that is capable of constructing process models with standard constructs, short loops, invisible tasks, duplicate tasks, and non-free choice constructs. Artificial and real-life data have been used to evaluate the algorithm. With the technology progress towards the Internet of Things (IoTs), big data becomes more important. Therefore, processing of such data needs utmost concern for the ease of availability and accuracy. Various research has been executed till date for the efficient use of splitting and merging of content in the processing of data. But, somehow they lack in the generation of proper clusters in Hadoop. In this paper, we have shown an efficient approach of using splitting and merging process of data processing. We have used component analysis and hamming distance to generate thee clusters depending on the split values which is novel in this domain of work. Recently, projects such as Indo WordNet have significantly reduced the scarcity of lexicons for Indian languages. However, their coverage is still a matter of concern. The cost and time incurred are other limiting factors. The reluctance to automate the process of lexicon generation is majorly credited to the poor precision of the generated synsets. In this paper, we strive to tackle these issues by incorporating language-specific knowledge resources which ensures the authenticity of the generated synsets along with the inclusion of endemic words. We propose a corpus-based approach for automated synset generation which visibly improves the quality of the generated synsets. With six provinces of Central China for example, the affecting factors of development and the coordinated development degree of three modernisations were calculated and compared. Furthermore, the driving force and correlation degree are analysed for the coordinated development of agricultural modernisation, industrialisation and urbanisation. In the view of consumer's perception, this paper investigates 1109 online comments to find out the reasons that cause large sale discrepancy. A framework including five aspects and nineteen factors is proposed, which help to analyse the consumer's perception on HEVs systematically. In addition, based on that framework, the difference on consumer's perception between China and America is investigated comparatively, which is also as a good case on HEVs for some other developing and developed countries. Among the problems of colouring we have the Soft Graph Colouring, in which, given an undirected complete graph with weights on its edges (penalisations), we search to reduce the sum of the penalisations between two vertices painted with the same colour. Also, we have the classic colouring problems, which includes: minimal, weak, equitable and robust colouring. The virtual laboratory, named CLOD (Computational Laboratory of Organisational Design), will be devoted to exploring the behaviour of organisational learning and evaluation systems under different external and internal conditions. We first present a discussion of the varied approaches to pedagogy along with the identification of the pros and cons for each one. Next, we present an introduction to virtual world concepts and key issues surrounding their use for educational purposes. A specific discussion of the virtual world Second Life is presented. Following, we present and depict by subject areas, the many potential and actual implementations of virtual world simulations in higher education. The systematic literature review (SLR) is done using Scopus database that is one of the biggest scientific databases. The study analyses the state-of-the-art of the subject between 1968 and 2017. At first are defining the keywords relevant to the subject, and are synthesising the publications across years identifying a growing trend in the literature. Also are detailing the most relevant journals and cited papers. This kind of study is valid to evaluate the scientific production across the years, to find the most important contributions and to have a global vision of the subject. The aim of this paper is to analyse the characterisation of this scientific evolution. The method used is a Bibliometric analysis. Our sample examines any paper published between 1991 and 2015 in the Web of Science (WoS) database in the area of business and management. The main results show that the publications have had a significant increase. Scientific productivity increase may be related, among other factors: to the efforts of the Chilean universities that reward and incentivise publications in WoS; the participation of academics in competitive grants (Fondecyt); and international accreditations that demand more productive universities in terms of research.
