In this respect, the proposed nonlinear system is composed of the parallel connection of linear and nonlinear blocks. The interconnected structure of linear and nonlinear blocks systems leads to a highly nonlinear problem involving several unknown parameters and inaccessible internal signals. The paper analyzes the basic adaptive models: Brown, Holt, and autoregression. The parameters of adaptation and layout are considered by the method of numerical estimation of parameters. The mechanism of reflection of oscillatory (seasonal or cyclic) development of the studied process through a reproduction of the scheme of moving average and the scheme of autoregression is analyzed. The paper determines the optimal value of the smoothing coefficient through adaptive polynomial models of the first and second order. Prediction using the Winters model (exponential smoothing with multiplicative seasonality and linear growth) is proposed. The paper proves that the additive model allows building a model with multiplicative seasonality and exponential tendency. This equation, which describes the dynamics of populations in ecological systems, has been widely studied in the field of mathematical biology. However, finding an analytical solution to this equation can be challenging. To overcome this, we propose using the NIM as an alternative method for solving the equation. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the NIM, we conduct a comparative study between it and other wellestablished techniques such as the differential transformation method (DTM), the variational iteration method (VIM), and the Adomian decomposition method (ADM). This dataset consists of the response variable as a binary or dichotomous variable and the explanatory as a continuous variable. The LDA and RDA methods are well-known in statistical and probabilistic learning classification. The LDA has created the decision boundary as a linear function where the covariance of two classes is equal. Then the RDA is extended from the LDA to resolve the estimated covariance when the number of observations exceeds the explanatory variables, or called high-dimensional data. The explanatory dataset is generated from the normal distribution, contaminated normal distribution, and uniform distribution. The binary of the response variables is computed from the logit function depending on the explanatory variable. The highest average accuracy percentage evaluates to propose the performance of the classification methods in several situations. We investigate the conformable double ARA transform's definition, existence requirements, and some basic properties. In this study, we introduce a novel interesting method that combines the double ARA transform with Adomian’s decomposition method, in order to find the precise solutions of some nonlinear fractional problems. Moreover, we use the new approach to solve Burgers' equations for both regular and singular conformable fractional coupled systems. We also provide several instances to demonstrate the usefulness of the current study.
