The author discusses the other instruments, looking at the formulation of the provisions in the Education Law and relevant executive acts. She also compares them with the statements of practitioners collected during the interviews held in 2013-21. The process that has taken place in Polish education system in the context of the presence of migrant children and the increasing number of them in educational institutions was captured. W badaniach nad przestępczym wykorzystaniem migracji w celu handlu ludźmi wykorzystano metodę analizy ilościowej i jakościowej. Wyniki: Liczba ofiar handlu ludźmi wykrywanych w Unii Europejskiej po 2012 roku utrzymywała się na względnie stałym poziomie, pomimo wzrostu liczby nielegalnych migrantów.
