This study aims to determine whether the improvement of school quality is dominated by the principal managerial contributions and teacher performance, or there are other factors that more strongly influence the improvement of the quality of education in SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected by a questionnaire involving 43 respondents and then analyzed by multiple regression statistical analysis. The quantitative method as an approach in data analysis is to use SPSS version 17.0 tools. The results of the study and data analysis showed that the managerial variable of principals partially had an effect of 0.944 which meant that there was a strong influence of the managerial variables of principals on improving quality, which was 94.4%. Furthermore, teacher performance variables have an effect of 0.937, which means that 93.7% of teacher performance contributes or significantly influences the quality of education at SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. Simultaneously, the contribution of influence given by the managerial variables of school principals and teacher performance to quality improvement was 96.8%, while another 3.2% was influenced by other variables in SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan. So that the younger generation does not follow a bad example from existing leaders. As a Muslim, we have an exemplary figure who is always a good role model in speaking, acting and holding a strong principle of life. He was the Prophet Muhammad who had great leadership and what we know as the term Prophetic Leadership.The aim of this study was to find out how the concept of prophetic leadership developed in P2KK and its implementation in forming student prophetic leadership at University of Muhammadiyah Malang. This research was conducted at the UPT. P2KK University of Muhammadiyah Malang in May to June 2019. The approach used is explorative case study research. From the results of the study it was found that there were several concepts of prophetic leadership developed in P2KK, including Aqidah (faith) that was strong, trustworthy and responsible, fair, firmness, noble character , deliberation and proactive. The culture of Islamic boarding school is an activity that is applied by the kyai and is adhered to by the students as well as being a characteristic tailored to the policy of the Islamic boarding school. based on a library search for analyzing the application of multicultural education in Islamic boarding schools based on interviews with clerics, teachers and students to get valid data. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The study was case study research with multi case study design as the objects of the study had some similarities. The data sources were the results of conducting interviews, documentations, and observations. The data analysis included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data were verified using data sources triangulation.The result showed: 1) The planning at SMP Raden Fatah Batu and MTs Ihyaul Ulum Gresik was initiated by comprehending the existing syllabus, mapping the main and basic competence as well as the success indicators for each subject. The involvement of the teachers in The Teacher Association Forum was maximized to share ideas and conform the planning. 2) In implementing, both schools involved the associated basic competence and current issues, created pleasant and conducive learning, used learning media, and involved the parents which were effective in improving the students' achievement. 3) The evaluation was conducted comprehensively and factually. This research is a descriptive qualitative method using a case study design, about how the implementation of Bahtsul Masail in increasing the critical thinking of ulya class students in fiqh worship subjects. The results of research show that: 1) the implementation of bahtsul masail is held once a week on bahtsul masail sughra and once a month in bahtsul masail Kubra. 2) Students’ critical thinking in fiqh subjects is seen when students can describe the problem, criticize the problem and provide answers in accordance with the problems proposition, especially religious jurisprudence issue occurs in the community. 3) The implementation of bahtsul masail at the Fathul Ulum Jombang has increased; students have begun to be critical of the problems arround them. Curriculum management is important, to make the mission and vision of the boarding school targets in accordance with the boarding school objectives based on the level and necessary. Curriculum management includes planning, implementing, and evaluating curriculum activities. The curriculum management of Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic boarding school, is al Qur'an-based (Qur'an and Interpretation Development). This study is a qualitative research method, with data collection using interviews, observation and documentation and triangulation as an anlysis. However, managing the administrative staff is more prioritized in educational institutions, especially teaching staff because they are the most important element in the education process. The use of management information system as a service system for teaching and education staff will be managed and empowered through SIMPATIKA (Information System for Educators and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Religion). It is helpful the management of teaching and educational staff, although some weaknesses in it. SIM is not only necessary but it is used to realize the vision, improve the educators and educational staff quality in accordance with the educators and education standards. So the use of SIM is as a mandatory step to carry out its mission.
