This is related to the increase in juvenile delinquency among Muslims who are increasingly living their lives away from the application of Islamic values. Related to it, Nusantara Beriman Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding school educational institutions that focuses on educate the morals of his students by trying to optimize spiritual-based character education that is instilled through activities at Islamic boarding schools. In this research, the author will examine the concept of character education which focuses on spiritual activities at Nusantara Islamic Boarding School Poleang. The method used by researchers is a descriptive qualitative method by making the Nusantara Beriman Islamic Boarding School as the object of research. The results of this research are, the life student dynamics at Nusantara Beriman Islamic Boarding School which emphasizes to educate student character through spiritual activities like reciting the Qur'an on the sidelines of formal education, qiyamu al-layl activities every night and traveling preaching or safari da’wah, aiming to educate the students character who have noble morals by making worship (ubudiyah) as the basic for building character. This policy aims to provide more flexibility and freedom for Madrasahs and teachers to develop their own curriculum and teaching methods that are better suited to the needs of their students. Kurikulum Merdeka is considered a departure from the previous centralized curriculum system, which was heavily focused on standardized testing and did not always reflect the diversity and local context of Indonesian society. This article aims to investigate the implications of Kurikulum Merdeka on Indonesian Madrasahs. The method used in this research was qualitative by collecting any literature related to Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. However, the implementer's attitude dimensions have a lower average value and require care. The implementer's attitude is crucial because support, resistance, and dedication are markers of the program's effectiveness. For teachers, lecturers, and students alike, MBKM is one of the crucial policies in the growth of higher institutions. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis literatur yang terkait dengan implementasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga serta pembentukan karakter Ulul Albab. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam membentuk karakter Ulul Albab dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dalam setiap kegiatan olahraga. Nilai-nilai Islam seperti kejujuran, disiplin, kerja keras, dan tanggung jawab dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan olahraga sebagai sarana untuk membangun karakter yang kuat. Dengan demikian, implementasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga dapat menjadi alternatif strategi dalam membentuk karakter Ulul Albab yang memiliki moralitas dan etika Islam yang baik. The educational process that has the most influence on individual adolescents is the family, school, and community. The target of a life-long noble life can be achieved if Muslim youths able to get education that is right, appropriate, and in accordance with Islamic law so that all the knowledge they acquire always applies and maintains good morals which in the world of education are known as noble character. Guidance and training activities that take place inside and outside educational institutions play a role in accommodating the experiences of programmed Moslem adolescent aimed at optimizing self-efficacy appropriately. The basic problem in education that able to intervene in the formation of the character of young Muslims in the all-digital era like today is digitalization itself. This fundamental problem of digitalization will determine how Muslim adolescents will be in the future. Right and appropriate character education is very important to be applied in the lives of modern Muslim adolescents to find identity, overcome emotional instability, as well as anxiety and instability in asserting what is the chosen principle of life. This research is a scientific work which presents a discussion with reference to the library research method. The research object uses library data in the form of books as a data source, the holy book of the Koran surah adz-Dzariyat verse 56, and the subjectof the case is digital Muslim adolescent. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitataif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Adapun langkah-langkah dapam penelitian ini yaitu Sumber pustaka yang dimaksud dalam metode penelitian studi pustaka meliputi buku, jurnal ilmiah, makalah, laporan penelitian, dan dokumen-dokumen lain yang relevan dengan topik penelitian yang akan dilakukan. Ada beberapa langkah yang harus dilakukan peneliti dalam penelitian ini, antara lain: a. Menentukan topik penelitian, b. Mencari sumber pustaka yang relevan, c. Menyeleksi sumber pustaka yang relevan dan berkualitas, d. Membaca dan mengevaluasi sumber pustaka yang telah dipilih, e. Menyusun data dan mengekstrak informasi yang relevan, f. Analisis data, g. Menyusun laporan penelitian. Adapaun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perbedaan antara pesantren Salafiyah dan pesantren Khalafiyah terletak pada pendekatan dan pandangan mereka terhadap ajaran Islam, pendidikan pesantren memiliki banyak keunggulan dan manfaat bagi santri dalam mengembangkan diri. Pesantren memberikan pengalaman belajar yang komprehensif dan mendalam, serta mempersiapkan santri untuk hidup mandiri dan berkontribusi bagi masyarakatpola kepemimpinan Kiai memiliki karakteristik yang dapat membantu mengembangkan pesantren dengan baik. Kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional yang diterapkan oleh Kiai dapat membawa pesantren menjadi lembaga pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas. Selain itu, karakteristik kepemimpinan kiai yang efektif dapat menciptakan iklim yang kondusif bagi Santri untuk belajar, para ustadz terlibat dan bertumbuh, serta dukungan dari komunitas dapat membantu pesantren dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan yang diselenggarakan. This study aims to explore the concept of Ta'dib proposed by Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas in the formation of students' character. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review, employing an in-depth philosophical analysis. Primary sources include Al-Attas' books, while secondary sources consist of journal articles, books, and related research materials. Data collection involves gathering Al-Attas' manuscripts, books, and relevant journals, followed by data analysis by scrutinizing the contents of various manuscripts and books to draw conclusive findings. The findings reveal that the integration of earlier principles into character development offers a valuable opportunity to harmonize knowledge acquisition and ethical behavior within students. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis urgensi pendidikan karakter Islam dalam mengantisipasi perilaku bullying di sekolah berasrama melalui metode studi literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis studi literatur. Sumber data diperoleh dari berbagai referensi seperti buku, artikel jurnal, dan hasil penelitian terkait dengan pendidikan karakter Islam dan bullying di sekolah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter Islam memiliki urgensi yang tinggi dalam mengantisipasi perilaku bullying di sekolah berasrama. Pendidikan karakter Islam dapat membentuk perilaku siswa yang santun, toleran, dan menghargai perbedaan. Selain itu, pendidikan karakter Islam juga dapat meningkatkan empati, kepedulian, dan keberanian siswa untuk melawan bullying. Oleh karena itu, sekolah berasrama perlu memperkuat pendidikan karakter Islam dalam kurikulumnya dan mengintegrasikannya ke dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendidikan karakter Islam memiliki urgensi yang penting dalam mengantisipasi perilaku bullying di sekolah berasrama. A qualitative paradigm is used in the research. The sampling method employing the purposive sampling technique seeks to identify teenagers who have been bullied. Interviews, observations, and documentation reviews of bullying episodes were used to collect data. Dayah leaders in the area of parenting serve as study informants. The veracity of the data is checked using sources of persons involved in bullying. Data triangulation techniques and peer discussion were used to examining the data. The findings revealed that verbal bullying occurred in Islamic boarding schools. Adaptive psychology is demonstrated through students' communication abilities, which are classified as passive communication, aggressive communication, and forceful communication. Meanwhile, adaptive techniques such as enhancing teacher counselling abilities (informative-communicative), monitoring assessments, and anti-bullying policies are used to provide mental health coaching. Students, on the other hand, are expected to cooperate with the facts of the occurrence under the structure of the solution-focused counselling strategy. Cultural reference, resources, research literature, formalization, and pesantren policy are all institutionally focused on in adaptive psychology. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pendidikan jasmani dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di usia dini, mengingat karakter yang baik dapat membantu siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan dan situasi kehidupan di masa depan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, dengan mengumpulkan data dari sumber-sumber terpercaya seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan artikel terkait. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik content analysis untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap pengaruh pendidikan jasmani pada pembangunan karakter siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan jasmani dapat membantu siswa dalam membentuk karakter yang baik seperti disiplin, kerja keras, percaya diri, kerjasama, dan lain sebagainya. Selain itu, pendidikan jasmani juga dapat membantu meningkatkan kesehatan fisik dan mental siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah bahwa pendidikan jasmani memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembangunan karakter siswa sekolah dasar. The results of the analysis obtained in this study are as follows: (1) There is a positive influence between work motivation on teacher performance, this is explained by the regression equation = 66.586 + 0.084 X 1 so that it can be interpreted that any change in the score of the work motivation variable will result in an increase in teacher performance scores of 49.1%, (2) There is a positive influence between perceptions of principal leadership on teacher performance, this is explained by the regression equation = 56.507 + 0.413 X 2 so that it can be interpreted that any change in the score of the perception variable about leadership principals will result in an increase in teacher performance scores by 22.3%, and (3) There is a positive influence between work motivation and perceptions of principal leadership together on teacher performance, this is explained by the regression equation = 71.365 + 0.408 X 1 + 0.329 X 2 so that it can be indicated that the better work motivation and perception of Regarding the leadership of the principal, the better the contribution to the improvement of teacher performance with a significance value of 33.4%.","PeriodicalId":55739,"journal":{"name":"AtTadib","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-12-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41708623","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
