Proses belajar berperilaku efektif ini difasilitasi dengan menciptakan lingkungan konseling yang hangat dan aplikasi berbagai prosedur konseling. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut dibutuhkan kualitas hubungan antar pribadi yang baik antara konselor dengan konseli. Konseling sebagai sebuah profesi yang digambarkan dengan tampilan konselornya. Konselor profesional merupakan figur yang dapatmenampilkan dirinya sebagai teladan. Di antara kompetensi konselor, yang paling penting adalah kualitas pribadi konselor, karena konselor dijadikan sebagai pribadi yang harus mampu menampilkan jati dirinya secara utuh, tepat, dan berarti, serta membangun hubungan interpersonal yang baik sehingga menjadi motor penggerak keberhasilan layanan. Pribadi konselor salah satunya merupakan “instrument” yang dapat menentukan hasil positif dalam proses konseling, sebab inti dari proses terapeutik dalam konseling yaitu hubungan yang dibangun antara konselor dan konseli. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian berupa metode kuantitatif yang mana variabel bebas yaitu layanan bimbingan karier dilambangkan X dan variabel terikat ialah minat melanjutkan studi dilambangkan Y. Adapun populasi penelitian ini diambil dari kelas XII dengan jumlah siswa 106. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil itu 52 siswa melalui perhitungan rumus slovin. Instrumen dan pengumpulan data yang lakukan menggunakan angket dan skala sikap. Dan analisis data yang digunakan berupa regresi linier sederhana melalui software pengolahan data di SPSS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengembangkan terkait layanan bimbingan kelompok terhadap peningkatan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif model eksperimen dengan variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan populasi dari kelas VIII OSIS dengan sampel 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument skala sikap dan analisis menggunakan ANOVA satu jalur melalui software di program SPSS. This research finds out the benefits of test and non-test instruments given to students in counseling services. Research method uses qualitative research with the following stages: Determine questions, collect informant data, get data, and report. The informants comprised three supervisors at the SMKN 1 Pangkalan Lesung school. Data analysis using Nvivo coding process. The results of the study show that implementing the provision of test or non-test instruments is related to each other in order to get more effective assessment results. Even though in its implementation it encountered problems such as time problems, services, data processing and presentation of results, school counselors still carried the provision of both test and non-test instruments out. Both test and non-test instruments are used according to the specific program and its functions.
