The method used in this study was qualitative research by giving questionnaires before and after to 308 people and taking 30 people to be used as variable samples. This study used non-probability samples selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of this study show that competitiveness has a significant influence on repurchase interest by 42% while 58% is influenced by other variables.  The problem in this study is regarding the status and legitimacy of the rights described by the land certificate as proof of land ownership. Residents of Tanjung Marulak Hamlet are legally entitled to receive a statement letter from the Regent alias SK-Regent as proof of ownership of their property. Land Certificate (SKT) is a written document owned by a private person who owns a piece of land but has not been certified; the weight of proof does not show the authenticity of the deed. In Indonesia, there are still many people who believe that land certificates have the same legal weight as other certificates, especially in Dusun Tanjung Marulak. The purpose of this study is to determine the position and legitimacy of rights to land certificates as proof of land ownership in the land law system. Researchers used normative legal research in this study which was supplemented by interviews. According to the current law, this investigation investigates and analyzes primary data and secondary data. Literature research in the library and field research in the field were both used to collect all data. This research is qualitative in nature. Based on the research results, the Land Certificate issued by the Regent of Tanjung Marulak Hamlet through Excerpt of Letter Number 69/DA/HML/LB/1980 is legal proof of land ownership.

 The research was conducted at Baitulmaal Muamalat with the aim of knowing the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) carried out by Baitulmaal Muamalat employees. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection is carried out using primary data derived from questionnaires. Research results reveal that job satisfaction has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior. It is shown from the results of the t test where t count > t table (2,114 > 2.026) and a significance value of 0.041 <0.05. Organizational commitment variable also has a positive influence on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) where t count > t table (2,621 > 2.026) and a significance value of 0.013 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained that the variables of job satisfaction and joint organizational commitment significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) towards Baitulmaal Muamalat Medan where the Sig value is 0.008 <0.05. R2 test results R2 number of 0.232. This shows that 23.2% interest in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is influenced by job satisfaction and organizational commitment

Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni seluruh pegawai bagian pelayanan, proses dan distribusi di Kantor Pos Cabang Utama Kebonrojo Surabaya yang berjumlah 60 orang. Untuk pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan sampling jenuh yakni seluruh populasi ditetapkan sebagai responden dengan jumlah 60 karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung pada responden. Penetapan analisis data ialah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan skala ukur ordinal melalui skala likert. Metode penelitian yang dipakai pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 55 perawat dan sampel yang dipakai sebesar 55 perawat. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan metode sampel jenuh. Partial Least Squares (PLS) yaitu metode analisis yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, beban kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif serta tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, stres kerja memiliki pengaruh positif serta tidak signifikan, serta lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif serta tidak signifikan.  Competition in the industrial world that is increasingly developing makes companies vying to optimally increase their resources. As well as social changes in Indonesian society towards perusahaan berjuang untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya mereka sementara dunia teknologi dan informasi maju dengan sangat cepat. Bisnis dapat menggunakan segmentasi pasar sebagai salah satu teknik pemasarannya. Dengan penelitian ini, it analyzes related to iPhone smartphone products, which are well-known brands throughout the world so that they are familiar to consumers' minds, but the market share of these brands has decreased. This research was conducted to examine evaluated the external and internal models with Smart PLS 4.0 software to determine the impact of lifestyle, brand image, and product quality on iPhone purchase intentions through the use of Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The method used to collect data is known as proportional stratified random sampling. Respondents were 90 samples of economics and business faculties who know iPhone products. These results indicate that lifestyle, brand image, and product quality can influence the intention to buy an iPhone smartphone

This study used descriptive quantitative methods through a sample of 80 students. The distribution of questionnaires was carried out by means of Likert scales on lifestyle, halal labels, and halal awareness. This study used multiple regression analysis using instrument data tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests using t tests, f tests and coefficient of determination (r2) tests. The results of this study explain that partially the variables of lifestyle and halal awareness have a positive and significant influence on the variables tied to purchasing decisions, while the variables of halal labels do not have a positive and insignificant effect on variables bound to purchasing decisions. Then simultaneously lifestyle variables, halal labels, and halal awareness have a positive and significant influence on variables tied to purchasing decisions. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R Square) found that lifestyle, halal labels, and halal awareness had a simultaneous influence of 65.1% on Coffee Shop purchasing decisions in Islamic Students of Surabaya State University.

Taxes are used as a source of state income which is then used to finance state expenditures. Taxpayer compliance in paying taxes is very important as a source of income for the Indonesian state in order to design national development, both in terms of economic, political, taxation and legal development. The purpose of this research is to find out and prove the effect of taxpayer satisfaction on motor vehicle tax compliance. The theory used in this research is Theory of Planned Behavior. This research was conducted using primary data using quantitative methods through questionnaires and random sampling data collection techniques with a sample of 100 motorized vehicle taxpayers in the Gresik District SAMSAT. In testing the researcher uses partial least squares analysis and is processed through tests carried out on SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that taxpayer satisfaction had an effect on motor vehicle tax compliance. This research has implications for tax agencies to continue to develop innovation and increase taxpayer satisfaction.
