As an English for Specific Purposes (ESP) program, learning needs analysis (Need Analysis) was a decisive stage in the process of developing teaching materials. In addition to the Need Analysis data, the development of teaching materials also referred to competency units in the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) for Tourism in the Hotel and Restaurant subsector, the field of English Proficiency and Food and Beverage Services. Teaching materials were developed by adopting the Dick and Carey development model, and studied from two aspects, namely the feasibility aspect of teaching materials and aspects of the effectiveness of the use of teaching materials. Students can hone their skills in learning situations that are innovative, flexible, based on student curiosity and interest. This study aims to see the student’s knowledge or understanding of the MBKM Program in the Culinary Education Study Program. The research was conducted using an online survey method. The subject of this research is the MBKM Program which includes: (1) MBKM Program, (2) Student Exchange activities, (3) Teaching Assistance activities, (4) Internship activities, and (5) Entrepreneurship Practice activities. This study involved 131 student respondents in the Culinary Education Study Program. Data was collected online with an answer scale of 1-5 to describe the level of student knowledge ranging from poor to very good. This study used the tracer study method with respondents filling out a tracer study questionnaire of 573 graduates. The results found that as many as 95% of graduates of the Faculty of Engineering YSU continued their work. As many as 42% of graduates are looking for a job after graduation with less than 6 months for graduates to get a job, the number of companies applied for before getting the first job is 9.6 companies, the average number of companies that respond to graduates' applications is 53.33% of companies, the average number of companies that invite interviews is 27.33% of companies, the type of work of graduates currently working, namely working in the private sector is 47.96%, 83.982% have the suitability of the field of work with the competence of the field of graduate science education, 95.46% have an education level that is in accordance with current job needs, and the average income of graduates is above Rp. 2,000,000.00. However, they were still determining how likely the graduates will work following their interests and the fields of knowledge they have studied. This study aimed at gaining improved awareness of cosmetology education graduates' employment readiness concerning social skills, performance, and work motivation. This explanatory research used the entire research population of the last two years, as many as 70 graduates. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire on each variable studied. While the analysis method used a structural equation model (Warp-PLS) to confirm the model's accuracy while testing the influence of variables on other variables and verifying that the instruments utilized were valid and dependable. The results proved that social skills, performance and work motivation directly and significantly affect graduate job readiness. Graduates' social skills and performance also affected job readiness in the field. The social skills of graduates were higher in influence than the performance and motivation of graduates in work readiness, with a difference of 0.391. This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model in developing the e-module. The result of this research is a dedicated e-module specifically designed for the Earthquake Technology course. The e-module has been assessed by media experts, subject matter experts, and students as part of the evaluation process. The average scores from the two media experts are 93.33 and 91.33 for graphic feasibility, and 96.67 and 93.33 for language feasibility. As for the two subject matter experts, the average scores for content feasibility are 87.06 and 87.06, for presentation feasibility are 87.50 and 90.00, and for contextual feasibility are 90.00 and 90.00. Meanwhile, the average score from the students during the limited classroom trial is 89.06. The results of this research indicate that the development of the Earthquake Technology e-module using the ADDIE method has resulted in an e-module of \"very good\" category in terms of media and \"good\" category in terms of content. The assessment results from students also indicate that the Earthquake Technology e-module falls into the \"good\" category. It was important to remember that the concept and purpose of education can vary across cultures and contexts, and attitudes about education can also change over time as social, technological, and human developments occur. This research aimed to solve problems that arise in the classroom to improve students' creativity and critical thinking. This type of research used classroom action research that focuses on improving classroom learning in a practical manner pursued by a teacher by developing activities that can improve the quality of the learning process in the classroom. The data analysis results of the student product creativity assessment were 75% in the excellent creativity category and 25% at the excellent creativity level. This research aims at describing the implementation of the Problem Based Learning model to improve student learning outcomes in the Fashion Design course. The research was conducted at Vocational High School 6 Padang with the method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR). This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was divided into 2 cycles. Each cycle was divided into 4 stages: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation. 3) Observation, 4) Reflection. The research subjects used were students of Grade XI Fashion Design I at Vocational High School 6 Padang, totaling 29 students. Data collection techniques used observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out by quantitative and qualitative analyzing. In the first cycle, students reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria of learning outcomes as much as 55%. In the second cycle, it increased while 83% of students have reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Menganalisis tingkat kebutuhan multimedia pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indoneisa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 4 Nanggala Satap, 2) Mendesain multimedia pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indoneisa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 4 Nanggala Satap, 3) Mengukur tingkat validitas dan kepraktisan multimedia dengan menggunakan Biteable pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indoneisa pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Nanggala Satap. Model penelitian dan pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu model 4D (four D Models) Thiagarajan yang kemudian diadaptasi menjadi 3D sebab pertimbangan waktu dan biaya jika melalui tahap disseminate.  Model ini cocok digunakan untuk mengembangkan multimedia berbasis Biteable sebab model ini memiliki langkah-langkah yang terperinci. Adapun tahapan-tahapan dalam pengembangan ini meliputi: pendefenisian (define), desain (design), dan pengembangan (Development). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang siswa kelas VIII, dua orang validator yang terdiri dari ahli konten Bahasa Indonesia dan ahli media pembelajaran. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu: dokumentasi, observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif, dan Analisis Statistik Deskriptif. Virtual lectures are a form of synchronous learning activity where both parties can communicate at the same time even though they don't meet physically. The results of a survey of 383 students found a number of important facts to be considered by teachers in conducting Virtual lectures. The results of this study described the real conditions of the Virtual lectures after 2 semesters, students studied fully online. Virtual Lectures are liked by students because the lecturer explains the subject matter directly and can provide feedback at the same time. These interactions were similar to face-to-face lectures in classrooms before the Covid 19 Pandemic. Virtual Lectures was an Online learning activity where students could confirm the materials and information, they got from the lecturer's presentation needed to convince themselves that what they have understood is in accordance with the learning objectives expected by the teachers. Most of the things that students didn't like about virtual lectures were the class schedules that change frequently or the lecturers who were not consistent with the schedule. Virtual Lectures required a large number of internet quotas so this added to the cost. The quality of the internet network was not good so that the quality of sound or picture reception was not good too, the network is disconnected, the network is thrown out or the connection suddenly turns off, especially when it was raining. Another thing happened to the majority of students who returned to their respective regions. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah dampak video pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Pujananting, dengan manfaat yang diharapkan baik secara teori maupun praktik. Hasil penelitian ini harus dipahami sebagai rekomendasi untuk desain pembelajaran berkualitas tinggi di sekolah. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian, pendekatan desain deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimental. Variabel dan desain penelitian. Jenis variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas dan variabel terikat sedangkan desain penelitian ini menggunakan One Group Pretest-Postest. Populasi dan sampel, populasinya adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Pujananting, sampel terdiri dari sejumlah anggota terpilih. Metode pengumpulan data: observasi, tes, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data: analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial.
