This work focuses on the damping nature of magnetorheological fluid under the influence of a magnetic field strength, size and shape of the of the iron oxide particles. A reduced scale single degree of freedom quarter car model with two stage magnetorheological damper, viscosity measurement setup, synthesized and commercially available Fe2O3 powders are used for the experimental study. An air cooled electro-dynamic shaker, Data acquisition system, accelerometers and the Lab view software acquires and analyzes the response of the quarter car model. X-ray Diffraction and Scanning electron microscopy characterize the morphology of iron oxide particles. The vertical acceleration, the displacement, the transmissibility ratio and the damping characteristics are analyzed based on the response of the top plate at different frequencies of base excitation. This paper proposes a linear output feedback method which decouples the multi-variable coupling system into four single-degree-of-freedom second-order integral subsystems. Firstly, a five-degree-of-freedom(5-DOF) mathematical model of active magnetic bearing rotor is derived. Then, a sliding mode variable structure controller is designed for the decoupled subsystems and the stability of system is guaranteed by the Lyapunov stability theory. The results of computer simulation show that the design controller of sliding mode variable structure controller can more effectively enhance the magnetic bearing rotor performance stability compared with the conventional PD controller, fuzzy PD controller, no matter in the position respond control and anti-disturbance control. However, finding appropriate design variables that meet all the aims is challenging. This paper evaluates a hardpoint optimization approach to attain suspension K&C characteristic objectives with the design of experiments, neural networks, and genetic algorithm, based on a reference compact-sized prototype vehicle. The MBD model correlation is provided to optimize the hardpoints to improve the vehicle's steering kinematics concerning Ackerman error and camber angle variation that are out of target in baseline suspension. In this paper, with the current practical application in logistics industry as the background, from electric vehicle charging scheduling and path planning, a hybrid algorithm combining genetic-particle swarm algorithm is proposed to plan the best driving route for a group of electric logistics vehicles with vehicle load, vehicle battery life, charging facility location and customer time window as constraints and the total cost as the objective function. Based on the single distribution center, a more complex multi-distribution center electric vehicle path planning problem is considered. The solution procedure for the multi-grid finite element method is that the algebraic equations formed by the finite element method are in turn smoothed by the interpolation from the coarse grid to the fine grid and the restriction from the fine grid to the coarse grid. By adopting the multi-grid finite element method, the pressure distribution of partially micro-grooved gas-lubricated parallel slider bearings is obtained. The grooving parameters are optimized to obtain the maximum average pressure for different micro-groove cross-section shapes. The results show that the orientation angle of the micro-grooves, depth of the micro-grooves, width of the micro-grooves, area density of the micro-grooves, micro-grooved fraction, and cross-section shape of the micro-grooves have an important influence on the hydrodynamic pressure of partially micro-grooved gas-lubricated parallel slider bearings. The results of this study demonstrate that the lubrication performance of partially micro-grooved gas-lubricated parallel slider bearings can be obviously enhanced by adopting the appropriate grooving parameters and micro-groove cross-shape. The electric-hydraulic coupling system of centrifugal pump has a good evaluation and research function. In view of the low efficiency of the traditional PID control method and the poor adaptability to the change of working environment, a vector control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor based on adaptive and self-adjusting fuzzy control principle is proposed for the speed regulation system of water pump. Low-frequency vibration isolation systems are reviewed. Theoretical and experimental tests have been performed. Dynamic models of an optical table on a vibrating platform at different excitations have been developed, the dynamic displacement and the resonance frequencies of the system have been established and vibration transmissibility curves have been presented. The obtained dynamic characteristics of the mechanical passive low-frequency vibration isolation system show that such a system is able to isolate the vibrations effectively. Firstly, by analyzing the internal space and cutter layout characteristic, the configuration of the robot arm was proposed, and the dimension of each rod was designed using multi-objective optimization method. The kinematic model of the robot arm was established by using the D-H model method to analyze its reachable working space. While the inverse kinematic model of the robot arm was solved by the Newton-Raphson iterative method to complete the trajectory planning of the arm for all cutter locations, where the relationship between the target position and the joint variables was established. The motion stability of the robot was verified by virtual simulation and test. The results show that the working space of the designed robot arm meets the cutter changing requirements that all the cutter position can be reached. The mechanical power supplied provides the mechanical compression refrigeration cycle with two evaporators. The influence of operating temperature, including the impact of the evaporator temperature of the organic Rankine cycle and the effect of dual evaporator cooling cycle evaporator temperature, were investigated; in this case, three organic fluids were employed such as R134a, R290, and R600. The results indicate that using R600 as the working fluid for both cycles enhance the system performance, and the energy efficiency of the combined system grows from 27.10 % to 40.22 %.The performance factor of the dual evaporator cooling cycle increases from 3.25 to 3.29 for the evaporating temperature of the first evaporator and from 2.07 to 4.28 for the second evaporator. This research aims at presenting data on similar cases where a detailed comparative evaluation provides necessary data for designing a component based on its structural behaviour due to induced temperature variance during the groove welding process using finite element approach. \u0000The finite element simulations render a real-world scenario of the groove welding process by integrating the concept of ‘Moving heat source’ under transient conditions in ANSYS.
