Bu makalede Fransız sosyolog Pierre Bourdieu’nün kavramlarıyla Fransız kamu yönetimi eğitimi sorgulanmıştır. Bourdieu’nün 1961 ve 1962 yılları arasında “Varisler” adlı eserinde yaptığı araştırma ile Fransız Kamu Politikaları Kurumu’nun (IPP) 2016-2017 yıllarında elde ettiği veriler karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenerek güncel durum ortaya konmuştur. Çalışmada veri toplama tekniklerinden anket yöntemine başvurulmuştur. Anketler, kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile toplam 954 sağlık çalışanına uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada, performans değerleme sisteminin motivasyon üzerine etkisini ortaya koyan tarama modeli tercih edilmiştir. Ölçme aracının güvenirliği; Performans Değerleme 0,95; İş Motivasyonu ise 0,90’dır. Çalışmada, performans değerlemesi ile içsel ve dışsal motivasyon arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Performans değerlemesinin genel motivasyon düzeyini pozitif yönde anlamlı düzeyde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. However, it is well known that due to the nature of the pandemic, several countries' businesses have been severely harmed by lockdowns. This study attempted to explain how Covid-19 has changed the employment of small and medium businesses with various demographic variables for this purpose. Furthermore, business continuity and digitization were investigated. The study's data was collected from the Data for God project, which was run by the World Bank, the OECD, and Facebook. As a result of the research, more than half of the workers laid off due to COVID-19 could not be rehired for about two years. In terms of business continuity, only 46.2 percent of businesses believe they can continue operations for a year or more. Meta-regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre çalışmaların yayın yılı ve ülkelerin gelir grupları ortalama teknik etkinliği etkilememektedir. Hastane sayısı, değişken sayısı, veri toplama yılı ve ülkenin bulunduğu kıta değişkenleri ortalama teknik etkinlik tahmini üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır. Çalışma, kamu hastanelerinin büyük çoğunluğunun etkinliklerinin optimalin üstünde olduğunu göstermiştir. For this purpose, we employ the CS-ARDL and CS-DL estimators to take into account heterogeneity and cross-sectional dependence that may present in our panels, as well as the DFE and MG estimators which are the traditional panel data estimators. In this paper, the effect of defence expenditures on government debt, budget deficit, and current account deficit is empirically analyzed by system GMM analysis employing annual data from 16 developed and 9 developing countries for the period 2000-2019. Ohlson (1995) değerleme modelini temel alan genişletilmiş statik doğrusal panel regresyon modeli tahminlerinden izleyen sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Firma büyüklüğü, ESG kriterlerinin piyasa değeri üzerindeki etkileri bakımından firmalar arası farklılıkları açıklamada önemli bir role sahiptir. Firma büyüklüğünün etkisi altında hem ESG kriterlerinin hem de E, S ve G bileşenlerinin ayrı ayrı her birinin piyasa değeri üzerinde anlamlı pozitif etkisi vardır. The results point out that there are bidirectional and unidirectional spillover effects among these major cryptocurrencies. Moreover, the findings indicate that some cryptocurrencies are the transmitter, while others act as a receiver and among all, Litecoin is the highest transmitter, and Stellar is the only one that acts as a receiver. The response variable or explanatory variables can have outliers, and the OLS approach have the sensitivity to outliers. To address this issue, robust (resistance) methods were used, which are less sensitive in the presence of outlier values in the data. This study aims to estimate the partial regression model using the robust estimation method with the wavelet threshold and the PLM estimation method with the Speakman estimation and Nadarya-Watson smoothing, using simulation experiments at different sample sizes and contaminated ratios. \u0000     The mean square error criterion was employed to compare the two methods. Salman","doi":"10.33095/jeas.v28i133.2347","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33095/jeas.v28i133.2347","url":null,"abstract":"This research aims to know the role of strategic flexibility in achieving organizational effectiveness by studying the dimensions of strategic flexibility (capacity flexibility, resource flexibility, information flexibility, and coordination flexibility) on the dimensions of organization effectiveness (environmental adaptation, productivity and achieving goals) through an analytical study conducted in six directorates in the office of the Iraqi Ministry of Education. \u0000The research problem was represented in the form of questions, the most prominent of which was \"What is the role of strategic flexibility in achieving organization effectiveness?\" The descriptive analytical approach was relied on in applying the research, as the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection and was prepared using ready-made standards, and the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (131) individuals in (6) directorates in the Ministry of Education.
