The local weighted least squares method was used to estimate the parameters of the fuzzy regression discontinuous model, and the local polynomial method was used to estimate the bandwidth. Data were generated with sample sizes (75,100,125,150 ) in repetition 1000. An experiment was conducted at the Innovation Institute for remedial lessons in 2021 for 72 students participating in the institute and data collection. The problem of the research was manifested in the weakness in understanding the correct guidelines that must be followed in order to obtain and maintain the standard. The purpose of this research was to give a general picture of what is behind ISO14001:2015 and how it is possible to create a comprehensive base for understanding its application by seeking the gap between the actually achieved reality, standards requirements, and the diagnosis of their causes in the Medline Oil Company/ A field east of Baghdad by using the checklist and a number of statistical analysis methods (arithmetic mean, weights and percentages). The research reached a number of results; the most important of which is the existence of a gap in the application of the standard at a rate of (47.03%) resulting from a weakness in the application of most of the standard’s clauses in the company and lack of interest in the programs related to the treatment and reduction of environmental impacts. Bu durum karşısında müşteriler adaletsizlik algılayarak aldatıldıklarını düşünürler. Bu durum onların firmalara karşı intikam arzuları beslemesine ve hatta onlara zarar vererek durumu eşitleme düşüncesiyle intikam davranışı sergilemesine neden olmaktadır. Bu araştırmada, adalet türlerinin algılanan ihanet üzerindeki etkileri incelenerek hem intikam arzusu hisseden müşterilerin nasıl davrandıkları ortaya konulmaya hem de müşterilerin ne tür intikam davranışları sergiledikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Satın almış oldukları ürün ya da hizmetle ilgili olarak maddi veya manevi bir problem yaşayan ve bu problemle alakalı tüketici hakem heyetine ya da ilgili firmalara şikâyetlerini doğrudan ileten 18 yaş ve üzeri müşteriler araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, güvenilirlik analizi, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve YEM analizi kullanılmıştır. Analiz için gerekli olan veriler, kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile Türkiye’nin çeşitli illerinde çalışan 405 bireyden çevrimiçi anket yöntemi ile elde edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında geliştirilen hipotezler regresyon analizi, aracı etki analizi ve koşullu süreç analiziyle test edilmiştir. Aracı etki analizi sonucuna göre, boş zaman faaliyetlerinden algılanan memnuniyet değişkeninin aracı rolü tespit edilmiştir. The sample of the research consists of 228 health sector employees reached in Zonguldak province between November 2021 and January 2022 by convenience sampling method. The questionnaire technique was used as a data collection tool in the research, and the prepared questionnaire was applied to the same people in two different time periods. As a result of the analyzes, it has been observed that the intrusion has a negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior while intrinsic motivation has a positive impact. Also, it has been determined that the intrusion through relational energy fully mediates while intrinsic motivation partially does. Comparative variances of trade balances against USD/local currency parity were revealed, and the most sensitive countries were Brazil, Turkey, and Russia. According to the panel EGLS analysis, the same parity had a non-significant negative impact on the trade balance in the short run. A significant long-term effect was found in the FMOLS analysis. Panel VAR and VECM generalized impulse response analysis revealed the negative impact of the USD/domestic currency parity on the trade balance of BRICS-T. The fact that developing countries as well as developed countries start to allocate more funds to R&D expenditures causes the literature on this subject to remain up-to-date. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between R&D expenditures and growth in the period of 2000-2018 in Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, and Turkiye (BRICS-T). In this context, Dumitrescu-Hurlin’s (2012) causality test, Impulse-Response and Variance Decomposition analyzes are used together with the panel VAR approach.
