The questionnaire technique was used as a data collection tool in the research, and the prepared questionnaire was applied to the same people in two different time periods. As a result of the analyzes, it has been observed that the intrusion has a negative effect on organizational citizenship behavior while intrinsic motivation has a positive impact. Also, it has been determined that the intrusion through relational energy fully mediates while intrinsic motivation partially does. Abstract
