Nous examinerons les proprietes de cette opposition, ainsi que les enseignements a en tirer sur la philosophie de la logique de Granger. Puis nous proposerons une theorie constructive des valeurs logiques considerees comme des objets structures, consolidant a la fois l’unite de la theorie logique de Granger et son pluralisme philosophique.","PeriodicalId":53907,"journal":{"name":"Philosophiques","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71181763","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ce concept designe les preferences formees conformement a un milieu oppressif et qui vont a l’encontre du bien-etre. Dans un premier temps, il sera question des deux theorisations les plus influentes a l’heure actuelle : celles developpees par les philosophes Martha Nussbaum et Serene Khader. Ensuite, j’evaluerai ces positions a l’aune des recents travaux des anthropologues feministes Saba Mahmood et Lila Abu-Lughod, dans lesquels elles remettent en question le projet politique de la philosophie feministe sous-jacent aux preferences adaptatives.","PeriodicalId":53907,"journal":{"name":"Philosophiques","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71181804","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ngosso","doi":"10.7202/1070253ar","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7202/1070253ar","url":null,"abstract":"— This article compares four ways of thinking corporate responsibility. When corporate responsibility is defined by its function, firm’s moral obligations are limited to obligations imposed on it by its function, whatever its capacity (strict functionalism), or as far as it is compatible with its effective capacity (compatibilist functionalism). When corporate responsibility is defined by its capacity, firms’ moral obligations are limited to obligations which its power imposes on it, whatever its function (strict capacitarism), or insofar as it is compatible with the respect of its specific function (compatibilist capacitarism). Due to the impossibility of perfectly aligning moral tasks with social tasks and of reducing all general obligations to specific obligations, capacitarism seems more convincing than functionalism. Because of the indispensability of a division of (moral) labor, compatibilist capacitarism seems more robust than strict capacitarism.","PeriodicalId":53907,"journal":{"name":"Philosophiques","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71181936","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Michaud","doi":"10.7202/1075129AR","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.7202/1075129AR","url":null,"abstract":"La question de l’etranger est, on le sait, plus que jamais aujourd’hui d’une brulante actualite, alors qu’« on laisse s’accomplir l’intolerable : non seulement la mort, la souffrance, la deportation, le malheur sans nom, mais aussi la destruction imbecile des chances de l’Europe et de la Mediterranee dans le monde a venir », comme le voyait deja Jacques Derrida dans ce constat qu’il formulait en aout 1995. Cet article propose une traversee des seminaires et des interventions du philosophe qui en appelle a un autre concept de l’hospitalite en l’arrachant aux fantasmes de l’autochtonie, du sang et meme de la langue dite commune. Cette pensee de l’hostipitalite engage une autre experience de la citoyennete et du politique, de la responsabilite devant l’autre. Le rapport au non-savoir de l’hospitalite inconditionnelle eclaire aussi pourquoi une politique qui tente de s’y mesurer doit necessairement engager une invention poetique. Plus que tous les aspects qui se trouvent affectes par la question de l’hospitalite (geopolitique, planification urbaine, travail social, droit international), cette dimension poetique de l’acte d’hospitalite se revele peut-etre ici la plus cruciale.","PeriodicalId":53907,"journal":{"name":"Philosophiques","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"71200582","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
