Hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Salah satu organisasi yang berhubungan dengan bagian pelayanan adalah perpustakaan. Studi kasus dalam paper ini dilakukan pada perpustakaan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogjakarta (UAJY). Perpustakaan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogjakarta telah memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pengunjung. Kemajuan teknologi juga dimanfaatkan oleh staf perpustakaan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogjakarta untuk proses monotoring dan evaluasi. Oleh karena itu penulis ingin mengukur kualitas layanan teknologi informasi di perpustakaan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogjakarta. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah mengetahui kualitas layanan teknologi informasi pada perpustakaan Universitas Atma Jaya Yogjakarta melalui pemberian level  dari level 0 hingga level 5. Penulis melakukan proses pengukuran kualitas layanan teknologi informasi mengunakan framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3. Hal ini dikarenakan framework ITIL memiliki manfaat dan kelebihan dalam melakukan proses pengukuran tingkat kualitas layanan teknologi informasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner. Data from the Central Statistics Agency in 2018, villages have poverty greater than cities. The village has various weaknesses and strengths such as economics, psychology, engineering, skills, capital, successful application of hydroponic agriculture and others. On the other hand, collages have mandatory programs for the entire academic such as society dedication, research and internship programs for students. In the business sector, there are companies that are required to carry out CSR (Corporate social responsibility) to follow regulations in Indonesia. The problem of all actors is the inaccurate target of the distribution of aid in their soft skills and hard skills to bring their contribution to village development. Documentation and classification of problems and strengths in the village need to be mapped. Both of these relationships will be mutually beneficial subjects and objects in a development cycle. This study will examine the importance of the backlog product of the system model that will be developed using the SCRUM method. The results of the level of importance and priority of the backlog product will be used in system development and have an influence in determining the next stage of the Scrum method namely sprint planning meeting, sprint execution and scrum analysis. The results of the college backlog priority analysis are facilities 1,3,4,5,8,2 and 6. On the other hand, the priority order of backlog products for villages / communities is facility 1, 4,2,3,6,7,9, and 8 while Facility 5 is a very undesirable only 36%. The conclusions of the synchronization of two stakeholders based on their respective needs are facility 1, which is about the community's need for assistance from tertiary institutions and the needs of objects by tertiary institutions. Abstrak - Desa merupakan bagian terkecil dalam tata kelola pemerintahan. Data Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2018, desa memiliki tingkat kemiskinan lebih besar dari kota. Desa memiliki berbagai kekurangan dan kelebihan seperti masalah, perekonomian, psikologi, bidang teknik, skill, permodalan, keberhasilan penerapan pertanian hidroponik dan yang lainnya. Disisi lain, perguruan tinggi memiliki banyak program wajib untuk seluruh civitas akademika dosen seperti pengabdian, penelitian dan program magang atau kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) bagi mahasiswa. Pada bidang bisnis, ada perusahan yang wajib melakukan CSR (Corporate social responsibility) sesuai aturan yang diberlakukan di Indonesia. Permasalahan ketiga aktor tersebut adalah kurang tepatnya sasaran penyaluran bantuan dalam softskill maupun hardskill yang mereka miliki untuk membawa kontribusinya bagi pembangunan desa. Dokumentasi dan klasifikasi permasalahan serta kelebihan yang ada di desa perlu dipetakan. The large gap / gap between IT strategy and business strategy will have an impact on the organization's business performance, especially if the organization relies on IT in its business operations or making IT as one of its selling points. Unika Soegijapranata as one of the tertiary institutions sees IT as a mandatory requirement to build competence and capability in the context of competition in its area. The purpose of this study is to assess the alignment level of business and IT strategies at Soegijapranata Unika by using the Luftman SAMM (Strategic Alignment Maturity Model) model. This study uses data collection methods through questionnaires and interviews with University leaders and University IT Institution Leaders. Tingginya aktivitas tersebut berbanding lurus dengan tingginya penggunaan jaringan yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu peningkatan kualitas jaringan yang berhubungan langsung dengan server sebagai peran dari suatu lalu lintas jaringan. Penggunaan secara serentak saat melakukan akses pada suatu situs menyebabkan lamanya waktu tanggap bahkan server akan down dikarenakan overload yang terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode load balancing menggunakan Nginx dan dalam sistem virtual menggunakan tools VirtualBox untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Metode load balancing menggunakan minimal dua server dan metode ini akan mengalihkan beban trafik dari web server yang sudah penuh kepada web server lainnya sesuai dengan jumlah web server yang digunakan. Sometimes, IT helpdesk personnel still difficult to find solutions and make decisions to solve IT problems. This is because there is currently no system that can help IT Helpdesk personnel in finding solutions to be able to solve the problems being faced quickly and accurately. When going to look for solutions to the problems being faced can not display solutions that are appropriate or close to the existing historical data. In identifying IT problems, the authors use case-based reasoning or Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) by carrying out the process of finding the case with the highest proximity and proximity measurement using the K-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) algorithm. This study aims to explain the application of Case-Based Reactioning (CBR) and K-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) Algorithm to identify IT problem disturbances. Graduation prediction is difficult to do, but many have done predictions using a variety of methods. Graduation prediction is needed in order to determine preventive policies for students who graduate not on time. The method used in this research is Machine learning with deep learning techniques. The data set used as many as 405 data of students who graduated on time or who were not on time. The research attributes used are the Nim attribute, the GPA value of students who have graduated and the status of graduating or not graduating. KKNI or the Indonesian National Qualification Framework brings together, equates, and combines the field of education with the field of training and work experience and conceptually the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) is composed of six (6) main parameters consisting of science, knowledge, know-how, skills, affection, competency. From the results of clustering analysis or grouping using the x-means algorithm it is found that the parameters of science (A), knowledge (B), skill (D), and competency (F) respondents are more likely to answer understanding and are very understanding. Genetic Algorithm is one way to make logical and systematic steps so that the Information System Scheduling lectures can provide solutions that are easy, faster and more optimal. From the results of observations made at the research location, marketing activities carried out so far are still carried out in the same way from year to year without distinguishing the characteristics of the target prospective registrants, so the marketing pattern undertaken is not necessarily effective for all prospective applicants who have different characteristics - different . Therefore, it is necessary to make an effort to target target applicants based on certain characteristics to facilitate the determination of strategies and marketing patterns for new student admissions. The aim of this research is to group students' spread data using Machine Learning Technology approach using Clustering technique.
