This objective aligns with the significant role of speaking skills in language, as language is the primary communication in all languages, including Arabic. The research was conducted using a literature review, which involved analyzing data from articles, books, and other scientific works as the primary sources of information. The data was then analyzed using a qualitative comparative approach, comparing various opinions in these sources and establishing the researcher's position among the existing viewpoints. Based on the analysis, it is evident that there is a lack of established planning for maharah al-kalam learning in madrasahs. Currently, no available plan can serve as a reference to facilitate the implementation of maharah al-kalam learning and enable students to acquire Arabic speaking skills. Based on experts' opinions, recommended strategies for maharah al-kalam learning include the jigsaw technique, small group presentations, and gallery/poster sessions. Techniques such as matching and identifying exercises, pattern drills, and dialogues can be employed. Various media, such as display boards, whiteboards, artificial wall clocks, tours, flow charts, flashcards, and reading machines, can be utilized. It is important to note that this research is limited to descriptive studies. This study focuses on the hadiths of Balaghât Muwattha' which are categorized as mu'allaq (dependent), by using the method of takhrîj hadith with the approach of I'tibâr, which examines the existence of other hadiths al-kutub at-tis'ah that support the narration of Imam Malik. In this study the authors used qualitative research through a library research approach, namely research conducted by collecting information and data through the help of various materials in the library such as reference books, similar previous research results, articles, and various journals. related to the problem to be disclosed. In this study, one primary source was used, namely a book written by George N. Atiyeh entitled Al-Kindi: The Philosopher Of The Arabs, translated by Kasidjo Djojosuwarno. While secondary sources are from 20 books and 11 scientific journals related to Al-Kindi's thoughts. This study analyzes Al-Kindi's thoughts about God, religion and philosophy, soul and reason, then these thoughts are analyzed to find their relevance in contemporary Islamic education. The controversy was triggered by the question of whether or not there was iddah for men. This study aims to find out the maqāṣid syarī'ah perspective of Imām al-Syāṭibī on the Circular Letter on Marriage during the wife's iddah. This normative research uses conceptual and historical approaches. The legal analysis uses the concept of maqāṣid syarī'ah Imām al-Syāṭibī both maqāṣid kulliyah and juz'iyyah theories. Results of this Research show that the substance of the Circular Letter is relevant to Imām al-Syāṭibī's maqāṣid syarī'ah principles in that each of its provisions can protect religion, soul, lineage, mind, and property, including the provision prohibiting the husband's marriage during the wife's iddah period. The prohibition is specific to divorce with the status of divorce raj'ī because the maqāṣid is that the existence of iddah in divorce raj'ī serves as a period for both parties (husband and wife) to think clearly about their marriage relationship. The results showed that there had been an increase in student learning motivation by utilizing the school environment as evidenced by the increasing percentage of motivation from the questionnaire distributed to 40 respondents from each cycle, namely 70.59% in cycle I, which means it was still below the target, and in cycle II the results achieved were 81.73%. The ability to write multiple choice questions in the pre-action obtained an average of 61.06% and in cycle 1 increased to 70.72% because it did not meet the performance indicators, the action was continued in cycle 2 and the average acquisition increased to 79.41% and already fulfilled the performance indicators in this study . The conclusions obtained from this study are that when referring to the results of initial observations before using the Resource Based Learning method, it was found that only 27.72% of students could have the ability to work on row and row material well. Before data analysis, the steps followed were data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. The study results show that: (1) The Pancasila Student Profile is applied in PAI learning by applying habits according to the indicators of the Pancasila Student Profile. (2) The methods used to strengthen the character according to the Pancasila Student Profile in PAI learning include incorporating the Pancasila Student Profile into the subject matter, fostering student discipline, giving good advice and examples from the teacher, explaining ethics to students, emphasizing the meaning of Islam and its application in everyday life. as well as encouraging activities such as congregational prayers, Duha prayers, and reading the Koran.
