Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma kombinasi Forward Chaining untuk mengelola SLA (Service Level Agreement) pengerjaan tiket dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk prioritas pengerjaan tiket. Pengujian telah dilakukan sebanyak 600 data, metode forward chaining mencatat SLA pengerjaan tiket seperti urutan 1 sampai 20 berdurasi 7.9 jam indikator warna hijau, 21 sampai 40 durasi 6 jam berindikator kuning, 41 sampai 70 berdurasi 3 jam indikator hijau, 71 sampai 172 berdurasi 7 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 173 sampai 174 durasi 4 hari, 175 sampai 230 durasi 2 hari 21 jam, 231 sampai 260 berdurasi 8 jam berwarna kuning, 261 sampai 305 4 jam berwarna hijau, 306 sampai 325 berdurasi 7 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 326 sampai 345 berdurasi 12.6 jam berwarna kuning, 346 sampai 356 berdurasi 6.5 jam warna hijau, 357 sampai 469 berdurasi 7 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 470 sampai 475 berdurasi 4 hari, 476 sampai 556 berdurasi 2 hari 19 jam indikator merah, 557 sampai 576 berdurasi 23.9 jam berwarna kuning dan 577 sampai 600 berdurasi 7 jam serta berwarna hijau. Metode SAW mengurutkan prioritas pengerjaan berdasarkan bobot dan nilai awal yang telah ditentukan. Wireless LAN network performance must always be maintained properly. Therefore, to determine the quality of the wireless LAN internet network at Asahan University, it is necessary to analyze network performance, focus on how to monitor and measure the performance of the wireless LAN network, and find out how big the network performance is on the infrastructure. as the speed of access from the sending point to the destination point. Access speed is measured by measuring throughput, delay, jitter and packet loss on the network at Asahan University. Research conducted using quantitative methods consists of 4 stages, namely conceptual, design, empirical and analytical. In the QoS (Quality of Service) analysis carried out using the Wireshark application and using the TIPHON standard, the results obtained from the quality of the WLAN network of each faculty at Asahan University are different. Throughput measurement obtained an average result of 582.08 Kb/s and is categorized as medium. The average packet loss measurement result is 5.39% and is categorized as good. The delay measurement results obtained an average of 15.62 ms and is categorized as very good. Hal tersebut karena bertambahnya jumlah populasi, dan tempat tinggal merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok yang harus dipenuhi. Sebuah rumah, biasanya merupakan implementasi dari keinginan seseorang tentang tempat tinggal yang nyaman menurut kriterianya. Oleh karena itu ketika ingin membeli atau mendirikan rumah, akan memilih sesuai dengan keinginannya. Terdapat banyak sekali rumah, tipe dan gaya ditawarkan oleh agen properti, mengakibatkan sedikit kesulitan ketika memilih mana yang sesuai dengan idamannya. Oleh sebab itu, ditawarkan sebuah sistem yang akan mendukung keputusan bagi konsumen dalam menentukan rumah mana yang tepat untuk menjadi tempat tinggalnya. Kriteria yang digunakan terdiri dari harga, luas tanah, luas bangunan, mutu bangunan, posisi, kelengkapan, serta sarana umum. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini, mengimplementasikan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto untuk mendapatkan hasil akhirnya. Sistem berbasis website, bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan aplikasi kode visual studio serta xampp dan pengujian black box. Hasil yang didapatkan berupa rekomendasi pemilihan rumah berdasarkan penentuan bobot oleh konsumen itu sendiri. Kata Kunci— Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Rumah, Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Website, PHP Abstract—In the real estate sector, the level of demand of residents continues to increase with the development of the population. This is because the population is growing, and housing is one of the basic needs that must be met. The embodiment of someone's desire for a home, a comfortable place to live, usually by standards. So when you buy or build a house, you have a choice. With so many homes, types, and styles offered by real estate agents, it can be a bit difficult to choose the home that fits your dreams. Thus, a system is provided to help consumers decide which housing is suitable for them to live in. Standards include price, land area, building area, building quality, location, completeness, and public facilities. This decision support system implements the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method to achieve the final result. A website-based system, PHP programming language with Visual Studio Code application, xampp, and black-box testing. The konvensional process takes a lot of time. It is necessary to have Decision Support System (DSS) to minimize the subjective side of the selectors and streamline the selection process so that effective decision can be obtained. The character of this problem matches the characteristic of Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) model. A combination of Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) are selected to solve MADM model. SAW used to rank decision while TOPSIS used to calculate level 2 criteria. Based on testing of 30 data samples using Single Detection Threshold method, the system performance accuracy rate is 83,33% and precision rate is 77%. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti mempunyai tujuan untuk menerapkan suatu konfigurasi terbaik dalam sebuah arsitektur jaringan syaraf tiruan guna meningkatkan tingkat akurasi yang sangat tinggi pada pendeteksian serangan DDoS menggunakan algoritma Backpropagation. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data trafic jaringan dimana sudah ditandai keterangan DDoS tidaknya dari masing – masing data. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan aplikasi Matlab berserta fiturnya yaitu NNToolBox. Dengan menguji 12 jenis Training Function berserta arsitektur Hidden Layer. This research aims to determine 5G modulation with the level of data quality after the transmission process is carried out. The modulation simulation results obtained will be compared with the theoretical bit error rate (BER). The simulation results obtained from the two channel scenarios used are 16-QAM modulation reaching BER 10-4, AWGN channel only requires 15 dB Eb/N0 and for Rayleigh Fading channel it requires 38 dB Eb/N0. The BER theoretical results obtained for the 16-QAM modulation of the AWGN channel have a difference of 3 dB with the simulation results, while for the Rayleigh Fading channel it is 5 dB. Then, the simulation results of 64-QAM modulation AWGN channel to achieve BER 10-4 requires Eb/N0 of 24.6 dB, Rayleigh Fading of 47 dB. The theoretical results of BER obtained for the 64-QAM modulation of the AWGN channel have a difference of 1 dB with the simulation results, while for the Rayleigh Fading channel it is 0.5 dB. Focus biometrik yang akan diteliti adalah deteksi wajah. Hal ini dilakukan karena melihat kurang optimalnya pengenalan biometrik pada sidik jari yang rentan tidak terdeteksi akibat luka atau perubahan struktur kulit seseorang. Teknologi biometrik wajah ini dapat digunakan untuk mengenali seseorang dalam melakukan perekaman data seperti pengelolaan biodata pegawai, masyarakat dan absensi. Untuk membangun teknologi biometrik tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah algoritma yang mampu melakukan pengenalan pola yaitu Eigenface. Algoritma tersebut telah teruji dan banyak digunakan pada penelitian sebelumnya dalam pengenalan pola, sehingga sangat tepat untuk digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Proses pengenalan wajah dimulai dengan mengambil citra wajah sehingga akan memperoleh nilai RGB, kemudian melakukan konversi dari RGB ke grayscale. Setelah proses konversi selesai maka selanjutnya mengubah citra tersebut ke dalam bentuk matriks dan menghitung nilai Flatvektor sehingga nantinya akan dicari nilai kedekatan dari data citra yang direkam. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil bahwa algoritma Eigenface telah berhasil melakukan pengenalan wajah dengan akurasi 100% dari 10 data uji. Hal ini disebabkan adanya peraturan pemerintah yang memberlakukan kegiatan belajar dari rumah. Universitas Semarang menjalankan peraturan pemerintah sampai pandemi dapat teratasi. Hal ini menyebabkan pihak kampus kesulitan ketika akan mengenalkan lingkungan kampus pada mahasiswa baru. Sehingga penerapan teknologi media informasi sangat dibutuhkan. Virtual Tour merupakan perkembangan teknologi pada bidang fotografi. Dengan menggunakan teknologi virtual tour pengguna solah-olah akan berada didunia nyata. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut untuk mengenalkan lingkungan kampus kepada mahasiswa baru. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi virtual tour dengan metode panorama 360°. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan aplikasi adalah metode Multimedia Development Life Cicle (MDLC) dari Luther-Sutopo. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian aplikasi menggunakan black- box, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa aplikasi dapat digunakan sesuai dengan fungsi yang ada dikesuluran aplikasi.
