Salah satu pengembangan yang dilakukan puskesmas yaitu mengembangkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pelayanan kesehatan dengan menerapkan sistem informasi puskesmas berbasis teknologi informasi. Pencatatan apabila dilakukan dengan cara ditulis pada buku pasien merupakan cara lama yang digunakan. Maka perlu adanya suatu sistem yang membantu untuk memudahkan pencatatan. Metode pengembangan pada sistem informasi yang akan di ajukan ini yaitu dengan metode Waterfall. Menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis yang terintegrasi untuk mempermudah pihak Puskesmas di daerah Kota Banjar dalam mengolah data jika terdapat pasien yang sebelumnya belum pernah mengunjungi puskesmas tersebut maka akan terdapat Rekam Medis. Sistem Informasi mempermudah dalam mengelola data Rekam Medis sehingga tidak perlu mencari catatan yang begitu banyak dikarenakan data nya sudah tersimpan dalam database. Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis terintegrasi maka data pasien akan terlihat di semua Puskesmas yang ada di Kota Banjar.   Pengujian dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan tahapan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) mendapat nilai akhir yaitu 73,1 dan Hasil pengujian menghasilkan nilai rekomendasi dalam kategori Acceptable.The development of the use of science and technology has an impact that can be used in various fields, one of which is the Puskesmas. One of the developments carried out by the puskesmas is developing to improve the quality of health service management by implementing an information technology-based puskesmas information system. Recording when it is done by writing it in the patient book is the old way used. So, it is necessary to have a system that helps to facilitate recording. The development method for the information system that will be proposed is the Waterfall method. Producing an integrated Medical Record Information System to make it easier for the Puskesmas in the Banjar City area to process data. If there are patients who have never visited the puskesmas before, there will be Medical Records. The Information System makes it easy to manage Medical Record data so there is no need to search for so many records because the data is already stored in the database. The Medical Record Information System is integrated so that patient data will be visible in all Community Health Centers in Banjar City. Pada penelitian ini penerapan metode AHP untuk menentukan hasil akhir musrenbang melibatkan tiga parameter sebagai kriteria yaitu Bidang Kegiatan, Biaya, dan Urutan Prioritas. Masing-masing parameter memiliki sub kategori yang mewakili nilai setiap parameter. Parameter Bidang Kegiatan memiliki tiga sub kategori yaitu infrastruktur, bidang ekonomi, dan sosial budaya. Parameter Biaya memiliki tiga sub kategori yaitu biaya rendah, biaya sedang, dan biaya tinggi. Dan parameter Urutan Prioritas memiliki tiga sub kategori yaitu prioritas tinggi, prioritas sedang, dan prioritas rendah. Berdasarkah hasil pengujian, didapatkan bobot untuk parameter bidang kegiatan yaitu 0.22, bobot parameter biaya yaitu 0.13, dan bobot urutan prioritas yaitu 0.65. Pada sub kategori parameter bidang kegiatan, bidang infrastruktur memiliki bobot sebesar 0.71, bidang ekonomi dan sosial budaya memiliki bobot sebesar 0.14. Pada sub kategori biaya, biaya rendah memiliki bobot sebesar 0.68, biaya sedang memiliki bobot sebesar 0.23, dan biaya tinggi memiliki bobot 0.09. Dan pada sub kategori parameter urutan prioritas, prioritas tinggi memiliki bobot sebesar 0.76, prioritas sedang memiliki bobot sebesar 0.15, dan prioritas rendah memiliki bobot sebesar 0.08. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mengurutkan usulan kegiatan musrenbang berdasarkan prioritas tertinggi).  The application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can assist the system in determining Musrenbang results based on the highest priority order. In this study the application of the AHP method to determine the final results of the Musrenbang involved three parameters as criteria, namely Activities, Costs, and Order of Priority. Each parameter has a sub category that represents the value of each parameter. Parameter Field of Activity has three sub-categories, namely infrastructure, economics, and socio-culture. The Cost Parameter has three sub-categories namely low cost, medium cost, and high cost. And the Priority Order parameter has three sub-categories, namely high priority, medium priority, and low priority. Based on the test results, the weight for the parameter of the activity field is 0.22, the weight for the cost parameter is 0.13, and the priority order weight is 0.65. In the sub category of activity parameters, the infrastructure sector has a weight of 0.71, the economic and socio-cultural fields have a weight of 0.14. In the cost sub category, low costs have a weight of 0.68, moderate costs have a weight of 0.23, and high costs have a weight of 0.09. Tidak terkecuali pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, yang banyak memunculkan lembaga belajar atau kursus yang membuka kelasnya secara online melalui platform atau aplikasi yang mereka kembangkan. Dalam menentukan plaform kursus bahasa inggiris online pengguna harus mengetahui satu per satu profil dan program yang ditawarkan. Cara ini tentunya akan dibutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk menetapkan pilihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan pendekatan Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) untuk menentukan platform kursus Bahasa Inggris yang mudah dan cepat. Metode WASPAS dapat digunakan untuk penetapan prioritas pada pilihan alternatif yang memiliki relevansi dengan bobot yang diterapkan. Berdasarkan studi kasus yang diselesaikan dengan pendekatan WASPAS mendapatkan hasil alternatif terbaik yaitu English Academy (A5) dengan nilai 0,7629. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun telah mendapatkan nilai yang valid, hal ini karena hasilnya tidak berbeda dengan perhitungan manual. Untuk pengujian melalui usability testing memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 86% dan masuk pada kategori baik.Through technological developments, it has had an impact on the world of education with the presence of learning that can be done online. Learning English is no exception, as many learning institutions or courses open their classes online through the platforms or applications they develop. In determining the online English course platform, the user must know one by one the profiles and programmes offered. This method, of course, will take a long time to make a choice. The purpose of this study is to apply the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) approach to determine an easy and fast English course platform. The WASPAS method can be used for setting priorities for alternative choices that have relevance to the weights applied. Based on case studies that were completed using the WASPAS approach, the best alternative result was English Academy (A5) with a score of 0.7629. The decision support system built has obtained a valid value because the results are no different from manual calculations. CT Scan mempunyai berbagai macam keunggulan dalam mendeteksi tumor otak antara lain pada sisi kecepatan, kemampuan memvisualisasikan citra 3 dimensi dan kemampuan membedakan antar jaringan yang berbeda. Keunggulan CT Scan tersebut membuat para peneliti tertarik untuk mengembangkan berbagai jenis metode yang dipergunakan untuk menganalisis dan memprediksikan hasil CT scan tersebut. Salah satu metode yang dipergunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan Machine Learning (ML). ML dapat digunakan untuk deteksi tumor otak dengan CT scan. Prosesnya melibatkan penggunaan algoritma ML untuk mengidentifikasi pola-pola yang terdapat pada gambar CT scan pasien dengan tumor otak. Dalam hal ini, CT scan pasien dengan tumor otak digunakan sebagai dataset pelatihan untuk membangun model ML. Namun penggunaan Machine Learning juga memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal kurang handal nya Model dan kesulitan hasil deteksi yang diinterpretasikan dokter. Metode ML akan mengalami ketidakakuratan prediksi dengan model training data yang semakin besar sehingga membutuhkan metode lain yang bisa menghasilkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Deep Learning (DL) merupakan fenomena baru pada dunia teknologi informasi dan telah berhasil diimplementasikan pada berbagai macam bidang penelitian. DL memberikan tingkat akurasi yang semakin tinggi jika didukung data yang semakin besar. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan salah satu metode DL yaitu Deep Neural Network (DNN) untuk memprediksi tumor otak dari hasil CT Scan yang akan disimpan pada cloud server sehingga bisa diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun juga sepanjang tersedia teknologi Internet. Hasil penelitian ini akan bermanfaat bagi para tenaga medis dalam memprediksi tumor otak dengan lebih akurat berdasarkan gambar citra dari CT scan.Detection of brain tumors is an interesting field of research to study. Bersumber pada halaman suara.com terdapat lebih dari 700 juta serangan siber yang berlangsung di Indonesia pada tahun 2022 yang diikuti dengan kebocoran informasi kesehatan e-HAC. Hal tersebut berkaitan dengan peranan dari web server guna melayani permintaan HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol). Selain itu, web server bertugas untuk menerjemahkan kode-kode dinamis menjadi kode-kode statis dalam suatu laman website. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dibuatlah sistem log analysis menggunakan algoritma boyer moore dan teknik regular expressions sebagai metode pencarian adanya indikasi serangan website dengan hasil bahwa algoritma boyer moore dan teknik regular expressions dapat menemukan indikasi jenis serangan terhadap website dengan baik dan relatif cepat karena hanya membutuhkan waktu 32.9 detik untuk menganalisis 1553 baris data yang berasal dari log file. Based on this, a log analysis system was created using the boyer moore algorithm and regular expressions techniques as a search method for indications of website attacks with the result that the boyer moore algorithm and regular expressions techniques can find indications of types of attacks on websites properly and relatively quickly because it only takes 32.9 seconds to analyze 1553 rows of data coming from the log file. Pendekatan MDLC memiliki kemampuan dalam memodelkan serta mengembangkan aplikasi dengan komponen-komponen multimedia didalamnya. Game edukasi ini dibangun berbasis website agar mudah dalam penggunaanya serta aksesnya. Untuk membangun game edukasi yang interkatif dan menarik perlu melibatkan objek-objek yang sesuai dengan sasaran pengguna, seperti penggunaan objek gambar, animasi dan audio yang disesuaikan dengan apa yang disukai oleh pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian kualitas multimedia interaktif menunjukkan rata-rata responden yang menjawab setuju untuk seluruh pertanyaan adalah 87% dan masuk dalam kategori baik.In introductory learning materials about Indonesia, such as maps, regional boundaries, time divisions, and various cultures in Indonesia, it requires the right learning media to provide interesting illustrations for elementary school children. To build educational games that are interactive and interesting, it is necessary to involve objects that are in accordance with the user's goals, such as the use of images, animations, and audio objects that are adjusted to what the user likes. Perkembangan teknologi seperti Machine Learning sangat dibutuhkan karena pendekatan yang populer untuk mampu melakukan prediksi stroke dengan akurat. Algoritma Machine Learning yaitu Data Mining dengan metode Decision Tree akan diterapkan. Dalam penelitian ini, kerangka kerja dilakukan  yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja model klasifikasi metode Decision Tree menggunakan ID3 dalam bidang prediksi penyakit stroke. Dataset public yang bersumber dari kaggle dengan jumlah record sebanyak 5110 dipilih dan diterapkan untuk membangun model klasifikasi dan menguji kinerjanya serta pengujian model akan dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner. Uji performance untuk evaluasi model data mining dengan Confusion Matrix digunakan sebagai indikator akurasi dalam kerangka untuk mengevaluasi kinerja klasifikasi. Perbandingan nilai evaluasi model data mining dengan membagi data menjadi data training dan data testing dan menghasilkan nilai accuracy dengan proporsi 90:10 sebesar 94,72%, 80:20 sebesar 95,21%, 70:30 sebesar 95,04% dan 60:40 sebesar 94,81%. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa proporsi data 80:20 memiliki nilai akurasi paling besar dibandingkan dengan proporsi data yang lainnya.Stroke or cerebrovascular disease is a disease that occurs due to the interruption of the blood supply to a part of the brain that disrupts the central nervous system. This disease is very serious and must be treated immediately because it can cause one of the deaths according to WHO (World Health Organization) data due to stroke occurring 70% of world deaths. Quick and precise treatment as well as public knowledge of stroke is urgently needed so that it can be resolved immediately. Technological developments such as Machine Learning are urgently needed because of the popular approach to being able to predict strokes accurately. Machine Learning Algorithm, namely Data Mining with the Decision Tree method will be applied. In this study, a framework was carried out which aimed to analyze the performance of the Decision Tree method classification model using ID3 in the field of stroke prediction. A public dataset sourced from kaggle with a total of 5110 records is selected and applied to build a classification model and test its performance and model testing will be carried out using the RapidMiner application. Dalam menggunakan algoritma tersebut harus mempertimbangkan waktu jika ingin menerapkan dalam suatu sistem atau perangkat lunak. Dalam penelitian ini, akan melakukan perbandingan kinerja dari dua algoritma asimetris yaitu Multi Power RSA dan Multi Prime RSA yang masing-masing merupakan varian dari RSA. Algoritma ini terdiri dari 2 kunci yaitu kunci publik dan kunci privat. Pengujian algoritma tersebut akan dilakukan dalam bahasa python. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah algoritma Multi Prime RSA lebih cepat di bandingkan dengan Multi Power RSA dalam proses enkripsi dan dekripsi. Multi Power RSA lebih cepat dari Multi Prime RSA dalam proses key generate.Currently, quite a lot of algorithms are used to secure information in systems or software. Each of these algorithms has a different level of speed (time) in key generation, encryption and decryption. In using the algorithm must consider speed (time) if you want to implement it in a system or software. In this study, we will compare the performance of two asymmetric algorithms, namely Multi Power RSA and Multi Prime RSA, each of which is a variant of RSA. This algorithm consists of 2 keys, namely the public key and the private key. Testing the algorithm will be carried out in Python. The conclusion obtained is that the Multi Prime RSA algorithm is faster than the Multi Power RSA in the encryption and decryption process. Namun, penerapan game sebelumnya menghadapi berbagai masalah, terutama dalam manajemen kode program yang menyulitkan developer secara scalable dan mengakibatkan beberapa komponen tidak dapat digunakan kembali (reusable). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan mengimplementasikan Finite State Machine (FSM) sebagai solusi. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), sesuai dengan pengembangan fitur ini. Temuan dari penelitian ini akan memberikan contoh implementasi FSM pada game agent, membantu para pengembang game mobile memahami kapan dan bagaimana mengimplementasikan FSM secara tepat. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan beberapa kelebihan FSM seperti penggunaan script yang modular dan reusable. Pendekatan ini mengurangi redundansi dalam kode dan mempercepat proses implementasi. Selain itu, FSM juga menawarkan skalabilitas tinggi, memungkinkan pengembangan game dalam jangka waktu yang panjang dan mempermudah maintenance. Namun, dikarenakan menggunakan FSM, performa menjadi lebih berat. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan FSM akan lebih efektif ketika ingin memiliki skalabilitas tinggi dan sistem yang kompleks.\"Idle Breeder\" is a top down idle game that provides players with a relaxing farming experience. Each animal character is designed with behaviors that resemble the real animal. However, previous game implementations faced various problems, especially in program code management which made it difficult for developers to be scalable and resulted in some components not being reusable. Therefore, this research aims to overcome these problems by implementing Finite State Machine (FSM) as a solution. The development method used is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), in accordance with the development of this feature. The findings of this research will provide examples of FSM implementation in game agents, helping mobile game developers understand when and how to implement FSM appropriately. The test results show several advantages of FSM such as the use of modular and reusable scripts. This approach reduces redundancy in code and speeds up the implementation process. In addition, FSM also offers high scalability, allowing for long-term game development and easier maintenance. However, due to the use of FSM, the performance becomes slower. Aplikasi iKalbar merupakan aplikasi perpustakaan berbasis digital yang sebelumnya tidak pernah dilakukan evaluasi sehingga evaluasi ini berguna untuk meningkatkan user experience pengguna. Metode yang digunakan ialah Heuristic Evaluation, Performance Measurement, dan User Experience Questionnaire. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan jika terdapat 7 prinsip heuristic yang masuk kedalam skala minor usability atau perbaikan dalam kategori rendah. Nilai rata-rata tingkat efektifitas responden mahir sebesar 100% dan responden pemula 89%, sedangkan untuk nilai rata-rata tingkat efisiensi responden mahir mendapatkan hasil 100% dan responden pemula 26%. Hasil dari kuesioner UEQ menunjukkan jika skala kejelasan bernilai 1.13, Skala efisiensi bernilai 0.37. Skala ketepatan bernilai 1.11. Skala stimulasi bernilai 1.05 dan skala kebaruan bernilai 0.54.The level of effectiveness and efficiency of an application can affect the level of user satisfaction in using an application, so an evaluation is needed. The iKalbar application is a digital-based library application that has never been evaluated before, so this evaluation is useful for improving user user experience. The method used is Heuristic Evaluation, Performance Measurement, and User Experience Questionnaire. The results of this study state that there are 7 heuristic principles that are included in the minor usability scale or improvement in the low category. The average value of the effectiveness level of the expert respondents is 100% and the novice respondents are 89%, while the average value of the efficiency level of the expert respondents is 100% and the novice respondents are 26%. The results of the UEQ questionnaire show that if the attractiveness scale is 1.13, the efficiency scale is 0.37. The perspicuity scale is 1.11.
