Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendinginan dibawah permukaan panel surya terhadap kinerja yang dihasilkan oleh panel surya dengan memvariasikan jenis pendinginnya. Jenis pendingin yang digunakan adalah blower dan kipas angin. Untuk mendapatkan perbandingan data,penulis menggunakan satu panel tanpa menggunakan pendingin. Total panel surya yang digunakan adalah 3 buah panel surya monocrystallin 180 WP. Alat yang digunakan pada saat penelitian adalah anemometer, pyranometer, thermometer couple, tang meter dan multimeter. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, panel surya tanpa pendingin memiliki nilai daya output rata-rata sebesar 141,04 W dan nilai efisiensi rata-rata sebesar 17,65 %. Panel surya dengan variasi pendingin blower memiliki nilai daya output rata-rata sebesar 146,65 W dan nilai efisiensi rata-rata sebesar 18,42 %. Panel surya dengan variasi pendingin kipas angin memiliki nilai daya output rata-rata sebesar 151,55 W dan nilai efisiensi rata-rata sebesar 18,95 %. Terdapat pengaruh dari pendinginan yang dilakukan dipermukaan bawah panel surya berdasarkan variasi pendingin dan meningkatkan laju perpindahan panas yang berdampak pada kinerja panel surya. X bergerak dibidang percetakan dan pengemasan. Proses produksinya dimulai dari proses pemotongan kertas, pembuatan plat, pencetakan, pelapisan, proses pond, pengupasan, pengeleman, dan pengemasan. Dalam proses produksinya terkadang mesin produksi mengalami kendala yang menyebabkan kinerja mesin menurun. Kinerja menurun mengakibatkan produktifitas dan kualitas hasil produksi ikut menurun. Kendala yang paling dominan terjadi pada mesin pengeleman JK-650PC. Analisis menggunakan metode FMEA untuk mengetahui komponen kritis dengan nilai RPN > 55,647. Akhirnya diketahui 4 komponen mesin lem JK-650PC yang memiliki nilai RPM kritis yaitu brick, konveyor, fan belt, feeder. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data dan diskusi dengan staff bagian perawatan diketahui faktor penyebab kerusakan pada mesin JK-650PC antara lain faktor manusia, metode, mesin, dan material. Usulan tindakan untuk mencegah kegagalan yaitu dengan pembuatan jadual perawatan dan penggantian secara berkala. \u0000 \u0000 X is engaged in printing and packaging. The production process starts from the paper cutting process, plate making, printing, coating, pond process, stripping, gluing, and packaging. In the production process, sometimes the production machine experiences problems which cause the machine's performance to decrease. Decreased performance resulted in decreased productivity and quality of production. The most dominant obstacle occurs in the JK-650PC gluing machine. The analysis uses the FMEA method to determine the critical components with RPN values ??> 55,647. Finally, it is known that 4 components of the JK-650PC glue machine have critical RPM values, namely brick, conveyor, fan belt, feeder. Based on the results of data analysis and discussions with the maintenance staff, it is known that the factors causing damage to the JK-650PC machine include human factors, methods, machines, and materials. PLTU memiliki peran yang strategis dalam sistem kelistrikan di Indonesia, karena dinilai lebih ekonomis dan hasil energi yang lebih memadai. Salah satu komponen PLTU adalah boiler. Boiler adalah alat untuk mengubah energi panas menjadi energi gerak, menggerakkan turbin agar menghasilkan energi listrik. Boiler yang bekerja terus menerus akan mengalami gangguan. Preventive maintenance kali ini dipilih sebagai solusi untuk menangani gangguan tersebut. Preventive maintenance adalah kegiatan antisipatif yang dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan yang tidak diharapkan. Metode yang digunakan, peneliti melakukan observasi secara langsung ketika magang di perusahaan tersebut. Tujuannya adalah untuk meminimalisir gangguan pada boiler sebelum terjadi gangguan yang lebih besar. Making props is an important factor in this research so that during the testing process the props do not experience significant obstacles. The design of this power plant aims to make teaching aids as a learning medium and to obtain maximum and more efficient energy quantity results. The props consist of several components, namely solar panels, controllers, inverters, volt ampere meters, batteries (accumulator), cables, lights and mini houses. Where the lathe process is included in the machining process that uses a chisel. The quality of the cut surface depends on the cutting conditions, for example a low cut with a large feed and depth of cut will result in a rough surface and so on. This study aims to determine what the effect of the angle on the length of use of the chisel, where the chisel used is an HSS chisel. In this study using experimental research methods with the aim of knowing the time difference obtained from the results of the different angles on the HSS chisel. The workpiece used is the type of ST-37 steel material. In this study, 3 chisel samples were made with different angles but still using the same rotational speed of 252 rpm. The workpiece feed is stable in other words using the same feed, which is 2mm. After performing the turning process using 3 different chisels, different time difference results will be obtained, then an analysis of what happens to the effect of the hss tool angle on the length of use of the chisel in the ST-37 material turning process. Material untuk alat kesehatan dapat disebut dengan biomaterial suatu disiplin ilmu Teknik Material dan Metalurgi. Biomaterial mencakup ilmu kedokteran, ilmu dasar (biologi, kimia dan fisika) dan ilmu teknik (mesin, elektro dan material). Biomaterial dapat diartikan suatu material untuk membuat berbagai alat kesehatan dan berinteraksi dengan sistim biologi. Biomaterial banyak digunakan sebagai implan dan devices (surgical implants and devices) untuk memperbaiki (to repair), mengganti (to replace), mendukung (to support) dan atau mengembalikan (to restore) fungsi organ tubuh secara aman. Biomaterial dapat berupa implan permanen atau implan sementara berupa scaffold. Biomaterial pengganti (scaffold) bagi sel atau jaringan di sekitarnya untuk merangsang, tumbuh, dan membimbing regenerasi jaringan baru. Setelah perbaikan dan penyembuhan jaringan selesai kemudian scaffold terdegradasi in vivo secara klinis dan biomekanik, sehingga tidak memerlukan operasi kedua untuk pengangkatan, biomaterial biodegradable harus mendukung proses regenerasi dan perbaikan jaringan dengan dukungan mekanis dan tidak beracun. PLA merupakan biopolimer yang sering digunakan sebagai biomaterial selain dari sifat biodegradable dan biocompatible karena propertiesnya yang baik digunakan sebagai scaffold. Penggunaan PLA atau biokomposit PLA banyak diaplikasikan sebagai bahan pengganti sementara atau scaffold pada tissue engineering seperti skin, tendon, ligamen, cartilage, arteri, aorta dan lain-lain. Perkembangan teknologi dibidang disipilin ilmu teknik metalurgi, fisika-kimia, biologi dan medis. Penggunaan polimer khususnya PLA dan biokompositnya telah berkembang dibidang tissue engineering dan alat kesehatan, untuk implan hard tissue masih dalam proses pengembangan. Salah satu tipe dari alat penukar kalor yang banyak dipakai adalah Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger. Namun dalam perawatannya kita perlu adanya evaluasi lapangan sebelum dilakukan maintenace. Metode evaluasi data lapangan selama 5(lima) hari dari heat exchanger ini lebih efisien karena kita tidak perlu mengevaluasi data lapangan setiap hari serta kita dapat mengetahui hasil lebih cepat jika dibandingkan dengan menggunakan data selama 1 bulan untuk mengetahui apakah alat penukar panas masih layak digunakan / dioperasikan selama 30 hari kedepan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menentukan besar neraca panas, Log Mean Temperature Different, temperatur kalorik, luas daerah aliran, kecepatan aliran massa, bilangan Reynold, faktor perpindahan panas, bilangan Prandtl, koeffisien perpindahan panas, temperatur dinding tube, rasio viskositas, koeffisien perpindahan panas terkoreksi, clean overall heat transfer coefficient, overall heat transfer coefficient design, faktor pengotoran, pressure drop, dan effisiensi efektif dari alat penukar kalor.
