Klebsiella spp. were identified more frequently in patients hospitalized in ICU (2021: 28,74%; 2022: 40,43%), Internal Diseases (2021: 24,8%; 2022: 15,55%) and General Surgery (2021: 7,87%; 2022: 7,82%) wards being isolated in higher percentages from urine (2021: 44,62%; 2022: 47,21%), respiratory secretions (2021: 25,85%; 2022: 22,71%) and wound secretions (2021: 15,62%%; 2022: 13,28%). Klebsiella species showed higher resistance to cephalosporins and levofloxacin. The solution resulted from large research on existing designs, the idea of modular houses having not a long history, but a rich one. The existing solutions helped in formulating a list of requirements that included most of their advantages. The basic module is a square-shaped panel that can be easily personalized according to necessities: a wall with a door or/and windows, ceiling, and floor. The study includes solutions regarding electric wiring and plumbing design for bathrooms or kitchens. Birlutiu","doi":"10.31926/but.ms.2023.65.16.1.2","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31926/but.ms.2023.65.16.1.2","url":null,"abstract":"Subacute thyroiditis (SAT) is an inflammatory condition affecting the thyroid gland, usually triggered by a viral infection or occurring after a viral illness. It is characterized by neck tenderness, along with the typical symptoms of thyrotoxicosis and an elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate. SAT has been identified as a potential complication associated with SARS-CoV-2 infection. The aim of this study is to present and discuss two cases of subacute thyroiditis that occurred following a viral infection, potentially linked to SARS-CoV-2 infection. We describe the clinical, biochemical, and imaging features of two cases of SAT that manifested six weeks after the onset of COVID-19-associated symptoms. Both cases involved female patients, aged 58 and 39, who developed subacute thyroiditis, characterized by neck pain, fever, and fatigue. These symptoms emerged three weeks after recovering from a viral episode marked by acute coryza, cough, and anosmia. Due to a persistent fever lasting three weeks, one of the patients required hospitalization to rule out other infectious causes of prolonged febrile syndrome. Laboratory analyses revealed elevated inflammatory markers, positive serology for SARS-CoV-2 infection, thyroid function tests showed thyroid over-activity and thyroid ultrasound confirmed the diagnosis of SAT. The patients received corticosteroid treatments and beta-blockers, resulting in the complete resolution of symptoms and normalization of inflammatory markers, within three weeks after the SAT diagnosis. Post-COVID-19 thyroiditis can emerge as a potential complication of SARS-CoV-2 infection. The results of the post-processing phase have generated temperature, velocity, pressure, and Reynolds number fields which were compared with experimental data from the engine dynamometric test. Deep foundations will therefore be analyzed. The Subregion is extremely useful in finite element modeling because it helps define caps without breaking the continuous surface of tile elements. This aspect will be covered in detail in the article, such modeling with Subregions leads to high-performance computational models, optimal from the point of view of file sizes. Second, we present n-tuple diamond-alpha inequality with two parameters on time scales. It is a tool to generalize integral inequalities on time scales, its goal is to create an inequality restarted from the left side with a parameter to a right side with two parameters.
