La metodologia empleada se enmarco en un enfoque cualitativo, utilizando el metodo hermeneutico-critico que permitio interpretar la informacion en unidades de analisis a traves de fuentes documentales. En este sentido, los hallazgos de la investigacion resenaron la importancia de conocer la percepcion del investigador frente a la realidad social, la relacion entre el investigador y lo investigado para acceder al conocimiento cientifico y la estrategia procedimental del investigador para responder los objetivos del estudio. Based on a systematization of audience ratings in Lima and six regions, the perception of young university students regarding the reasons for this preference was investigated. A survey was applied to 100 young university students about the rating registered between March 15 and June 30, 2020, of the soap opera “La rosa de Guadalupe” (in Mexican and Peruvian versions) and the “Nunca mas”. It was concluded that both programs are preferred because they reflect situations that are familiar and resemble reality. Journalism and daily \u0000life is a relationship that explains the link of their mutual transformations; \u0000this means that the journalistic practice must be constantly questioned. {"title":"Verdad y posverdad en la crítica periodística. En estas ultimas, el lector espera encontrar informacion y un enfoque equilibra-do, para asi formar su propia opinion. Sin embargo, en el Peru, durante las elecciones municipales de 2018, en el caso concreto del diario El Comerciorespecto a la candidatura de Daniel Urresti, no fue asi. De las 62 notas infor-mativas publicadas sobre Urresti, cinco de ellas fueron, en realidad, notas criticas, lo que pudo influir en los lectores al momento de tomar posicion. El presente articulo analiza tres de estas cinco notas. El criterio de seleccion ha sido la presencia de un mayor enfasis critico, asi como un uso ampuloso de los mecanismos de la posverdad. La conclusion principal es que estos meca-nismos de posverdad evidencian, mas que la intension de informar, el objeti-vo de criticar e indirectamente influir en los lectores al momento de evaluar la candidatura de Urresti EnglishWithin journalism there are critical and informative notes. In the latter the reader hopes to find information and a balanced approach in order to form his own opinion. However, in Peru, during the municipal elections of 2018, in the case of the newspaper El Comercio regarding the candidacy about Daniel Urresti, it was not. Of the 62 briefing notes published on Urresti, five of them were, in fact, critical notes, which could influence readers when taking a position. This article analyzes three of these five notes, the selection criterion was the presence of a higher critical emphasis and a turgid use post-truth mechanisms. Mediante una metodologia mixta, se busco determinar cuales son las percepciones de los clientes al ver o interactuar con personas de dichas comunidades al momento de visitar tiendas especializadas en ropa; y cual es la influencia de esa interaccion en la formacion de la imagen corporativa de esos establecimientos comerciales. Ante la discriminacion en espacios laborales por la orientacion sexual de sus trabajadores y la ausencia de politicas publicas en favor de las comunidades LGBT, este estudio muestra que la no inclusion se basa mas en prejuicios o estereotipos que en consecuencias directas negativas y que, comunicacionalmente, no hay un perjuicio en la imagen corporativa de las empresas en los publicos con los que interactua. EnglishThis article analyzes the impact on corporate image as a product of the inclusion of members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community in a group of retail stores in Peru. Through a mixed methodology, it was sought to determine what are the perceptions of customers when seeing or interacting with people from these communities when visiting specialized clothing stores; and what is the influence of this interaction in the formation of the corporate image of these commercial establishments.
