Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif dan pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan subjek informan yaitu pemerintah daerah dan pemerintah Nagari dan tokoh adat yang berada di nagari Jawi-Jawi Kabupaten Solok. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan data yang diperoleh ditinjau dari potensi wisata budaya dan peran lembaga adat KAN dalam melestarikan dan mengembangkan wisata budaya.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa kampung budaya memiliki potensi yang baik dalam melestarikan dan mengembangkan wisata budaya hal ini didukung dengan alamnya yang indah. This study aims to describe the socialization of character values in single parent families in Bojonegoro. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, and takes place in Dusun Beton, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency. The research informants were single parents who were selected purposively. Data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and extracting secondary data, and were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model. The socialization of character education in single parent families in Bojonegoro is distinguished by the time of the divorce and the age of the child. In a single parent family, when the child's age of divorce is still small, it has an impact on the lack of character education. Divorce that occurs in parents gives value to the child's understanding to repeat and not to repeat it in the future. Children in single parent families get more understanding and examples of behavior as well as values and norms in high school. In addition, a child sees himself as a victim of his parents' behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan sosialisasi nilai-nilai karakter pada keluarga single parent di Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, dan mengambil lokasi di Dusun Beton, Kecamatan Kedungadem, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Informan penelitian adalah orangtua single parent yang dipilih secara purposive. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan penggalian data sekunder, serta dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Sosialisasi pendidikan karakter pada keluarga single parent di Bojonegoro dibedakan berdasarkan waktu terjadinya perceraian dengan usia anak. Pada keluarga single parent yang waktu perceraiannya usia anak masih kecil berdampak minimnya pendidikan karakter. Peceraian yang terjadi pada orangtua memberikan nilai terhadap pemahaman anak untuk mengulang dan tidak mengulanginya di masa depan. Anak pada keluarga single parent lebih banyak mendapatan pemahaman dan contoh perilaku serta nilai dan norma di sekolah menengah. Selain itu, seorang anak menganggap dirinya sebagai korban terhadap perilaku orangtuanya. This study uses a qualitative approach by means of library research as a technique of collecting data from various related references to analyze content. The results of the study indicate that value education and character education in civic education have an integrated relationship with each other. With value education, students have values in themselves which are considered good, right, worthy and valuable to take action. Actions based on these values are manifested in character education as a guide for good behavior in the family, school, friendship, community. Good character values must always be instilled in children from an early age so that they become good habits and reflect human beings who have character and are civilized or make good citizens. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan nilai dan pendidikan karakter dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan saling memiliki keterkaitan yang terintegrasi. Dengan pendidikan nilai, peserta didik memiliki nilai-nilai dalam diri yang mana dianggap baik, benar, layak dan berharga untuk melakukan tindakan. Tindakan berdasarkan nilai tersebut terwujud dalam pendidikan karakter sebagai pedoman dalam bertingkah laku baik di lingkungan keluarga, sekolah, pertemanan, masyarakat. Through reciprocal and routine communication between students, lecturers, partners, and online services are able to turn on a new atmosphere in the learning process during the learn of home period. In the new normal era, the Service Learning approach is very helpful in increasing the enthusiasm for student learning due to drastic changes in the way of life that must only learn from home via virtually. Students are very enthusiastic about their work and feel proud because they can help the community during the covid 19 pandemic. Service Learning activities are actualized in the form of videos and make self-reflection. Selain itu mengajak masyarakat ikut serta berperan aktif dalam dunia pendidikan. Mahasiswa aktif bekerja dalam kelompok, meskipun berbentuk virtual. Melalui komunikasi timbal balik dan rutin antar mahasiswa, mahasiswa dengan dosen dan mitra, serta mencari jasa layanan online seperti penjualan online dan serta grab atau gojek mampu menghidupkan suasana baru dalam proses pembelajaran di masa “learn of home”. The purpose of this study is to analyze; 1) social capital and 2) the role of social capital in MGMP-PPKn SMA to form teacher competence in Pekanbaru City. The subjects in this study were administrators and members of the PPKn MGMP, the determination of research subjects (informants) was carried out by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through 1) Data Collection 2) Data Reduction 3) Data display, and 4) Data verification. The findings in this study are that the application of social capital in organizations is carried out with three main elements as pillars of togetherness, namely; 1) trust, 2) norms and 3) network. In this study, it does not claim that educator certificates are proof of teacher competence based on policies/laws. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis; 1) modal sosial dan 2) peran modal sosial dalam MGMP-PPKn SMA membentuk kompetensi Guru di Kota Pekanbaru. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah pengurus dan anggota MGMP PPKn, penentuan subjek penelitian (informan) dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui 1) Pengumpulan Data 2) Reduksi Data 3) Display data, dan 4) Verifikasi data. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan : (1) Pembinaan karakter siswa yang dilakukan di kelas 1 SDN Sakuru, (2) Strategi guru dalam membentukan karakter siswa kelas 1 SDN Sakuru. Metode yang digunakan adalah jenis kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data penelitian diperoleh dengan teknik tringulasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data : dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Langkah menganalisis data adalah dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan kemudian menyimpulkan. Untuk menguji validitas data dilakukan uji kreadibilitas, transferabilitas,dependebilitas, dan konfirmabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan empat temuan yaitu: (1) Apa saja bentuk-bentuk karakter siswa, (2) Pelaksanaan pembinaan karakter yang dilakukan di sekolah, (3) Pelaksanan strategi guru dalam membentuk karakter siswa, (4) Implementasi guru terhadap program kepala sekolah tentang mewujudkan karakter siswa yang baik. Dari penjelasan diatas maka dapat disimpulkan dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi. Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian guru dan 21 siswa kelas V. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan. Analisis data kuantitatif yaitu analisis deskriptif. Penelitian dilaksanakan II siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II, perencanaan pembelajaran dari 71,43% (baik) menjadi 89,29% (sangat baik). Aktivitas guru dari 67,5% (cukup) menjadi 87,5% (sangat baik), aktivitas siswa dari 68,75% (cukup) menjadi 87,5% (sangat baik). Hasil belajar aspek kognitif siswa dari 66,13 (cukup) menjadi 81,02 (sangat baik), afektif dari 60,41 (cukup) menjadi 80,45 (sangat baik), psikomotor dari 59,46 (kurang) menjadi 81,44 (sangat baik).
