The English system operates with three main types of relation: intensive, possessive or circumstantial, and each of these comes in two distinct modes of being – ‘attributive’ and ‘identifying’. Hal ini disebabkan karena latihan dalam proses pembelajaran yang masih kurang bervariasi, salah satu contoh latihan yang dapat digunakan adalah Kahoot. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Kahoot terhadap penguasaan goi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Padang. Penelitian ini meggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu “posttest only control grup design”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Padang yang terdaftar pada periode Januari-Juli tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Sampel penelitian adalah 32 orang siswa kelas X MIPA 6 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 33 orang siswa kelas X IIS 1 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian ini adalah skor hasil tes akhir penguasaan goi tanpa dan dengan menggunakan Kahoot siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Padang. Skor hasil tes tersebut dibandingkan dengan menggunakan rumus uji-t untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan Kahoot pada penguasaan goi. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t, disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan Kahoot efektif secara signifikan terhadap penguasaan goi pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Padang karena t hitung > t tabel ( 5,21 > 2,00 ) pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Jadi, disimpulkan bahwa penguasaan goi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Padang dengan menggunakan Kahoot lebih baik dari pada tanpa menggunakan Kahoot. Kata Kunci: Goi, Kahoot dan Efektivitas AbstractThis research is backed by the lack of goi mastery in students. This is because the exercises in the learning process are still less varied, one example of exercises that can be used is Kahoot. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Kahoot on the mastery of goi class X SMA Negeri 4 Padang. This study used a quantitative approach with a pseudo-experimental \"posttest only control group design\" method. The population in this study is a class X SMA Negeri 4 Padang which is registered in the period of January-July 2018/2019 school year. The research sample is 32 students in grade X MIPA 6 as an experimental class and 33 students in grade X IIS 1 as a control class. This research data is the final test score of goi mastery without and by the use of kahoot grade X SMA Negeri 4 Padang. The test results were compared to using the test-t formula to determine the effectiveness of kahoot mastery of goi. Penggunaan huruf yang berbeda menjadi salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan pembelajar merasa kesulitan dalam mempelajari Bahasa Jepang. Karena ada prinsip yang tidak terpenuhi yaitu penggunaan media serta metode atau teknik yang digunakan tidak sesuai. Berdasarkan apa yang peneliti amati pada saat melaksanakan praktik lapangan kependidikan (PLK) di SMAN 6 Padang serta wawancara yang peneliti lakukan dengan siswa, menunjukkan minimnya minat dan kemampuan siswa dalam mempelajari hiragana. Sehingga pencapaian tujuan belajar tidak maksimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan media tertentu untuk mempermudah dalam menguasai dan sebagai pemacu untuk menarik minat siswa dalam mempelajari hiragana. Penggunaan media kartu kuartet dirasa dapat mengatasi permasalahan diatas. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengaruh dari media kartu kuartet terhadap penguasaan hiragana siswa kelas X SMAN 6 Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen semu, dengan posttes tonly control group design. Sedangkan teknik penyampelan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 1 dan X MIPA 5 dengan jumlah 69orang. Hasil analisis data, diperoleh thitung dengan ttabel taraf signifikan 0,05% adalah 2,00 dengan derajat kebebasan dk=n1+n2-2. Hal ini berarti thitung > ttabel (3,41 > 2,00). Maka hipotesis diterima, karena thitung > ttabel. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kalimat berdasarkan jenis dan strukturnya yang diperoleh dari sakubun mahasiswa. Sedangkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sakubun mahasiswa semester IV prodi pendidikan bahasa Jepang UNP yang berjumlah 30 sakubun. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Pertama, jenis kalimat berdasarkan predikat yang digunakan dalam sakubun mahasiswa semester IV prodi pendidikan bahasa Jepang UNP peneliti menemukan 332 kalimat. Jenis kalimat doushibun sebanyak 202 yang terdiri dari 132 jenis kalimat tadoushibun, 70 jenis kalimat jidoushibun. Jenis kalimat keiyoushibun sebanyak 35 yang terdiri dari 11 jenis kalimat i-keiyoushi, 24 jenis kalimat na-keiyoushi. Jenis kalimat meishibun berjumlah 31. Sedangkan jenis kalimat lain berjumlah 64. Kedua, struktur kalimat yang digunakan dalam sakubun mahasiswa semester IV prodi pendidikan bahasa Jepang UNP peneliti menemukan 332 kalimat. Kalimat yang berstruktur SP sebanyak 50, kalimat yang berstruktur SOP berjumlah 77, kalimat yang berstruktur SOKP sebanyak 4, dan kalimat yang berstruktur lain sebanyak 201. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan penggunaan jodoushi souda dan youda mahasiswa tahun masuk 2017 Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang Universitas Negeri Padang . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa tahun masuk 2017 Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang Universitas Negeri Padang dengan jumlah mahasiswa 56 orang yang terdiri dari dua kelas. Kelas Jepang 1 berjumlah 29 orang dan kelas Jepang 2 berjumlah 27 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah skor hasil tes kemampuan penggunaan jodoushi souda dan youda mahasiswa tahun masuk 2017 Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang Universitas Negeri Padang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan jodoushi souda dan youda secara umum berada pada kualifikasi kurang dengan rata-rata 46,57. Sedangkan kemampuan jodoushi souda sebagai youtai berada pada kualifikasi cukup dengan rata-rata 58,63 dan kemampuan jodoushi youda sebagai futashikana dantei berada pada kualifikasi kurang dengan rata-rata 41,50. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kalimat yang terdapat keigo yang diperoleh dari surat. Sedangkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah surat yang terdapat dalam buku Shakaijinyoo No Nihongo yang terdapat 3 surat formal. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, ada 3 jenis keigo yang terdapat pada surat yaitu sonkeigo, kenjougo dan teineigo. Dari ketiga jenis keigo tersebut, terdapat sebanyak 9 kata merupakan jenis sonkeigo, 21 kata jenis kenjougo dan 17 kata jenis teineigo. Moreover, the research was quasi-experimental research which involved one experimental groups and one control group. The samples were tenth grade students at SMAN 2 Kuala Kapuas, Central Kalimantan. Moreover, mind mapping technique served as the independent variable; while, students’ achievement in reading served as dependent variable. It was aimed to reveal; 1) To what extent cooperative and collaborative learning can improve students’ writing ability? 2) How is students’ motivation in writing lesson after implementing the cooperative and collaborative learning? 3) What are factors that influence the improvement of ability and motivation of students in writing? The research was conducted using classroom action research design and the data were divided into qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data were taken from observation, questionnaire and interview while quantitative data were taken from writing assignment and test. Thus, it was found that students’ writing ability and motivation was increased after using cooperative and collaborative learning. The factors that influenced the improvement were classroom activities, classroom management and lecturer’s strategy in teaching.
