PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk. Merupakan perusahaan yang memulai aktivitasnya dengan memproduksi kabel listrik tegangan – penghantar tembaga PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk. Dan didirikan pada bulan april 1973. Tujuan awal didirikan sebuah perusahaan adalah untuk menghasilkan keuntungan yang sebesar-besarnya. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengoptimalkan nilai perusahaannya. Semakin tinggi nilai perusahaannya maka semakin besar pula keuntungan yang akan diperoleh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Asosiatif dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan oleh peneliti adalah 10 tahun terakhir dari 2012-2021, dan adapun tekhnik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini data diolah menggunakan software spss.v.26. untuk menguji data menggunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analiis Regresi Linear Berganda, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi, Uji T Uji F. Inner conflict is closely related to one's psychology. Inner conflict occurs in the heart or soul of a story character. In this thesis, the inner conflict of the main character is studied in four of the twelve short stories in the collection Tak Jadi Mati by Gde Aryantha Soethama. The formulation of the problem in this study is, what is the structure of the short story collection Tak Jadi Mati by Gde Aryantha Soethama which includes plot, characterization, and setting, and what is the inner conflict of the main characters in the short story collection Tak Jadi Mati by Gde Aryantha Soethama. The theory used is the structural theory of Robert Stanton and the theory of literary psychology by Kurt Lewin. The method used in data collection is a literature study method with reading, observing, and note-taking techniques. Data selected by Purpose Sampling technique. Then the methods and techniques of data analysis using analytic descriptive method. At the data presentation stage, this study used a descriptive method presented with thesis systematic presentation techniques. The results of the study show that the grooves used in these four short stories are forward plots which consist of an initial, middle, and final section. The characters in these four short stories discuss the character of each character. The main characters of the short story \"Ramalan\" are Tuan and Mrs. The main character of the short story \"Tak Jadi Mati\" is My Character. The main characters of the short story \"Istirahat\" are the characters I and Wati. The main characters of the short story \"Tidur\" are Saman and Narti. The setting of these four short stories consists of setting of place, setting of time, and setting of atmosphere. The number of samples is 96 respondents, data management uses SPSS by analyzing Univariate Test data and Logistic Regression Analysis.Logistic Regression Analysis of sociodemographic factors on people's behavior in using traditional medicines in Pancasari Village, there are several factors that influence people's behavior in using traditional medicines in Pancasari Village with a significant value, namely the age factor p-value = 0.045 (p <0.05 ), income factor p-value = 0.034 (p<0.05), and occupational factors that obtain a significant p-value = 0.042 (p<0.05). The general objective of this study is to analyze how political party coalitions occurred during the 2020 Pilkada in Sidoarjo. To obtain data, the researcher employed library research, utilizing literature studies that did not require direct interaction with respondents or fieldwork. The researcher collected various necessary research data from literary sources or documents such as papers or previous research results related to electoral and regional elections participation in Sidoarjo. The research findings indicate several factors that led to PKB's success in the Sidoarjo Pilkada. First, the Political Party Coalition Factor: The coalition with political parties, particularly Nasdem and PSI, provided significant political support and a voter base for the Ahmad Muhdlor and Subandi ticket. PKB's negotiation strategy in forming the coalition played a crucial role in garnering support and votes. Second, the Political Participation Factor: Active political participation by the Ahmad Muhdlor and Subandi ticket, involving understanding important political issues for the community and responding to genuine aspirations for change, had a positive impact in winning voters' hearts. Their ability to articulate the needs and desires of the community through political campaigns also contributed to their victory. Third, the Modalities Factor: The modalities possessed by this ticket, including social capital such as connections with NU (Nahdlatul Ulama) and social organizations, cultural capital such as education and organizational experience, as well as economic capital acquired from campaign donations, played a significant role in building support and designing effective campaign strategies. The combination of these factors aided the PKB coalition in achieving victory in the 2020 Sidoarjo Pilkada. Diarrhea is a disease characterized by a change in stool consistency (to become liquid) accompanied by an increase in the frequency of defecation more than 3 times a day accompanied by changes with or without blood and/or mucus. Diarrhea is the most common cause of morbidity and mortality as well as malnutrition in children, especially in developing countries. Plants that are efficacious in overcoming diarrhea is guava. Guava leaf extract contains phytochemicals which are known to have pharmacological activity showing high levels of tannins and flavonoids and may be responsible for the anti-diarrhea activity. The purpose of this article review is to determine the potential effectiveness of guava leaves in treating diarrhea. The method used in making this article review is literature study by accessing national and international journals. Antioxidants are compounds that can inhibit oxidation reactions by binding to free radicals and highly reactive molecules. Antioxidants can be obtained in synthetic and natural forms. Due to the disadvantages of synthetic antioxidants, the research interest in natural antioxidant is growing. One of the plants that can be studied as a natural antioxidant is the porang plant (Amorphophallus muelleri Blume) which is a type of plant that has potential both technologically and commercially in terms of medical, industrial and food. The selection of solvents with different polarities will affect the extraction results, so in this study extraction solvents with different polarities were used with the aim of knowing the content of secondary metabolites and antioxidant activity contained in porang leaf extract (Amorphophallus muelleri Blume) with 96% ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-hexane. To determine the content of secondary metabolites and antioxidant activity in different solvents of porang (Amorphophallus muelleri Blume) leaf extract with 96% ethanol, ethyl acetate and n-hexane. Antioxidant activity test using the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazil) method was measured using Spectrophotometry UV-Vis at a maximum wavelength of 516 nm. The value of IC50 of porang leaf extract in ethanol, ethyl acetate, and n-hexane respectively 100 ppm (strong), 131.54 ppm (moderate), and 215.39 ppm (very weak). The importance of hypertension sufferers to control blood pressure to prevent cardiovascular risk, one of which is the non-pharmacological alternative of Complementary Alternative Medicine (CAM). This study aims to describe the use of CAM in hypertensive patients in the working area of ​​the Blahbatuh II Health Center. This research method is a non-experimental quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional method. The results of this study found that the most use of CAM for the treatment of hypertension in the working area of ​​the Blahbatuh II Health Center were women (59.6%), aged 56-65 years (51.4%), high school education (42.2%), most of them not working/household (33.9%), income ≤ Rp. 2,627,000 (39.4%), suffer from hypertension for 1-5 years (76.1%), have no family history of hypertension (56.9%), hypertension medication, namely amlodipine (52.3%), drinking schedule every day (45.9%). Respondents used CAM since diagnosis (66.1%), CAM was combined with conventional drugs (62.5%) and was recommended by the family (45.8%), the reason that using CAM was very trusting CAM (47.2%), and the reasons for not using CAM were the reasons doctors did not recommend (54.1%), felt a positive effect (94.4%) and were satisfied (94.4%) using CAM. The most common types of CAM were biological therapy in the form of herbs (56.9%), the frequency of using CAM once a day (45.8%), the types of plants used were celery and starfruit (19.5%), plant parts namely leaves (41.5%), the method of processing is boiled first (61%), with a dose of one glass (48.8%) and the use of herbal medicine is taken orally (80.5%). Adherence to taking medication in the elderly is very important because regular use of blood pressure medication can keep blood pressure under control and controlled. This study will be carried out at Kintamani V Health Center, because it is the highest hypertension sufferer after Bangli Health Center. This study aims to examine the relationship between the level of knowledge, family support, and the role of health workers on medication adherence in elderly people with hypertension at Kintamani V Health Center. The research method used is a type of quantitative research using a cross-sectional design. Data were collected using questionnaires.&#x0D; The results showed that the majority of respondents had a high level of knowledge (68.3%), as 51.7% of respondents received good family support, and the majority of respondents had the role of health workers as many as 73.3% of respondents. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge (p-value = 0.000), family support (p-value = 0.000) and the role of health workers (p-value = 0.000) with medication adherence in elderly people with hypertension. The learning module development design uses the Borg &amp; Gall model with 7 stages of development. The Al-Qur'an integrated Biology learning module on biotechnology material was assessed by 1 material expert validator, 1 media expert validator, 1 Islamic religious expert validator, 1 teacher and 32 students from Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al Manar Pulau Raja. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis was descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results obtained indicate that the development of the Al-Qur'an integrated biotechnology learning module received a good response and received a very satisfactory response by biology teachers with a total percentage of teacher assessments being 97.5% with Very Eligible/Very Valid criteria and from the assessment the total number of students from the large group test was 90.8% with the criteria of Very Eligible/Very Valid and the small group test of 88% with the criteria of Very Eligible/Very Valid.
