The purpose of this study was to determine the Internalization of Work Culture Based on Local Wisdom of Civil Servants at the Ragional Secretariat of Takalar Regency. The approach used in this research is a qualitative research method. The informants who become the source of information were 15 people. Air limbah merupakan masalah utama dalam pengendalian dampak lingkungan karena karena memberikan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa Implementasi Kebijakan Pengendalian Pencemaran Air Limbah Industri di Kabupaten Purwakarta, serta membuat model implementasi kebijakan pengendalian pencemaran air limbah industri dan menyusun rencana tindak penyelesaian masalah. \u0000 \u0000Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis menggunakan cara berpikir sistem (systems thinking) dengan memasukkan ke 6 (enam) variabel Weaver (2009) sebagai upaya untuk memahami struktur dari sebuah sistem yang diamati, kemudian mempelajari pola perilaku untuk meyimpulkan kejadian yang terjadi pada sistem tersebut. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan pengendalian air limbah industri di Kabupaten Purwakarta belum berjalan secara efektif. Dari segi insentif dan sanksi, sudah dijalankan dengan adanya PROPER dan sanksi administrasi, namun dirasa belum efektif dan tegas. Dari segi pengawasan, kebijakan ini belum didukung dengan adanya Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) dan penyusunan rencana kerja pengendalian. Begitupun kualitas dan kuantitas sumber daya belum memadai. Selain itu, dilihat dari segi otonomi dan informasi belum memadai dan belum diketahui secara menyeluruh oleh industri. In reality, these rights have not been fully obtained by the community. This is reflected in the number of complaints or public reports to the Ombudsman Institution to help handle complaints related to the performance of public services by government agencies. Based on the incoming reports, it can be seen that State Higher Education Institutions are ranked 12th based on the number of reports. One of these State Universities is the State University of Surabaya (Unesa). Unesa has an institution, one of which is called the Learning and Professional Development Institute (LP3) which has 7 (seven) centers, namely the Teacher Professional Education Center, Training Development Center, Professional Certification Center, Learning Strengthening Center, Core and Institutional MPK Management Center, Character Development Center and Counseling Services and Psychological Service Centers. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the Public Service Strategy to Improve Service Quality at the Institute for Learning and Professional Development (LP3), State University of Surabaya. This type of research was developed using qualitative research. Sources of data from informants, events and documents. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. Empirical data is needed to improve public services through LP3 Unesa. The information obtained can be used as a basis for establishing strategic policies that will help improve the quality of public services. The theory used in the opinion of Osborne (2001) there are 5 (five) strategies to improve the performance of public services. However, Indonesia’s score for public participation is only 20 out of 100. Responding to that issue, information dissemination to public is held to create better understanding of the data available. This research will perform multiple linear regression method and in-depth interview to test the significancy of the relationship between public trust and the implementation of budget transparency and information dissemination. This research found that there is a significant effect of the implementation of budget transparency and information dissemination to public trust in Directorate General of Budget, Ministry of Finance Indonesia. Menjadi seorang ibu rumah tangga yang baik dan menjadi polwan yang baik merupakan peran yang harus dijalankan. Dua peran yang dilaksanakan oleh seorang wanita tidak jarang mengalami konflik peran ganda yang berakibat pada terjadinya stres kerja dan akan mempengaruhi kinerja polwan tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran stres kerja ditinjau dari konflik peran ganda Polwan Polda Sulsel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran ganda mempengaruhi stres kerja Polwan Polda Sulsel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis alasan mutasi pindah Pegawai Negeri Sipil ke lingkungan pemerintah provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Informan berjumlah 46 orang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif khususnya studi kasus dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutasi di lingkungan pemerintah provinsi Sulawesi Selatan termasuk mutasi horizontal, dilaksanakan berdasarkan pedoman yang ada, dan prinsip merit system. Namun, pada kondisi tertentu, mutasi dilakukan berdasarkan spoil system. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi adalah: tidak adanya standar waktu; adanya moratorium; kesiapan instansi asal untuk melepas dan instansi yang dituju untuk menerima; kegiatan rutin kantor yang masih terus berjalan; pandemi Covid-19; dan bencana alam. Gambaran alasan mutasi: mutasi atas keinginan pegawai sendiri dan Alih Tugas Produktif. Mutasi atas keinginan sendiri: di instansi asalnya, tugas dan bidang kerjanya tidak sesuai dengan pekerjaannya; di intansi asalnya, lingkungan kerjanya tidak sesuai dengan kondisi fisiknya atau alasan kesehatan; ingin mengembangkan karir; kembali ke daerah asal/ dekat dengan keluarga: mengikuti sosok pemimpin; memperoleh tunjangan yang lebih baik. Meanwhile, in terms of accountability, the physical results have shown an accountable and transparent implementation, but from the administrative side, further guidance is still needed, because it is not fully in accordance with the provisions. The main obstacle is the ineffectiveness of fostering village government officials and human resource competencies, so that they still need assistance from local government officials on an ongoing basis. This study aims to describe the management of village funds in terms of the management of village fund allocations that have not been in accordance with applicable regulations. The research method using qualitative. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques, the data collected in this study, both primary data and secondary data were re-examined in order to determine the completeness of the data obtained. The results of this study indicate that for the planning and implementation of development activities, community empowerment in Fafi Village, Mariat District which utilizes village funds, lacks optimization of management, but in terms of being responsible for the physical results and effectiveness of the use of development that is felt by the community is also lacking. The main obstacles in utilizing village funds in Fafi Village, Mariat District, Sorong Regency are inadequate infrastructure and lack of socialization to the community so that they still need assistance from the District Government officials on an ongoing basis. Bright Environment successfully manages a harmonious, comfortable, and clean Environment by turning a slum village into a healthier and cleaner city. Smart mobility with the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) service aims to provide an alternative mode of transportation that is reliable and safe for the citizens of Semarang City. The implementation of good governance is the existence of services starting from the management of children's birth certificates, death certificates, Electronic ID cards, and various other public services that provide convenience for the people of Semarang. Intelligent people develop formal education in schools and universities that are evenly distributed to citizens based on IT, such as the implementation of e-learning, providing internet access as a source of information, and free schools for elementary and junior high school students. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai Penerapan Biaya Pelayanan Jasa Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Bandar Udara Muhammad Salahuddin Bima, maka jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah Penelitian Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah, Bendahara Peneriman sebanyak 1 orang dan Penumpang sebanyak 175 (Bulan Agustus 2010). Jadi total populasi sebanyak 176 orang. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 % x 176 orang = 44 orang. Sementara itu tehnik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dilakukan secara simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui a). pengenaan biaya jasa pelayanan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pada Bandar Udara Muhammad Salahuddin Bima berpengaruh signifikan, dan hal ini akan mempengaruhi pendapatan negara bukan pajak di Bandar Udara Muhammad Salahuddin Bima. b). Adapun informan pada penelitian ini calon kepala desa, tim sukses calon kepala desa, panitia pemilihan kepala desa saukang,tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh politik sinjai. Teknik analisis data yang dikembangkan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data. Dalam strategi pemenangan calon kepala desa saukang tentu ditinjau dari beberapa aspek. Aspek pertama yaitu many politik dalam pemilihan kepala desa saukang hal tersebut digunakan sebagai pendukung pada kebutuhan oprasional sosialisasi atau kampanye pemenangan. Kedua black campaign dalam pemilihan kepala desa saukang terdapat beberapa tim sukses calon yang melakukan indikasi menjelek-jelekkan calon lainnya. Ketiga pemasaran dan pencitraan politik dalam pemilihan kepala desa saukang cukup bervariasi sesuai dengan prilaku kebiasaan seperti melakukan Tindakan yang sifatnya persuasive dan mengandalkan alat bantu kampanye sepertii media cetak dan media social. Pemilihan kepala desa tentu merupakan pertaruhan dari masing-masing calon.
