The article shows how Gottfried W. Leibniz approached them in the context of his broad relational stance in the metaphysics of nature and presents acute differences between this stance and the absolutivist-Newtonian view of space and time. He developed an original theory of law defined as a theory of legal phenomena, which covered both logical-linguistic as well as real aspects of law. The theory served as a base for the development of a unique so-called advanced normative conception of sources of law, one of the greatest achievements of theory of law in Poland. By means of abiding by those principles administrative bodies and courts respect the rule of law and it becomes a standard. The rule of public participation can be as well treated as a part of the basic civil rights stipulated in the Constitution. The dissociation is connected with personality disorders and with the trauma. Experience a strong trauma is nature of dissociative disorders. The dissociation can have different manifestations, e.g. the amnesia, the confusion or the exchange of the personality. Dissociative disorders are not only the domain of the so-called pediatric pathology. The myth was created in circles of Pythagoreans, and was kind of incentives to the right – according to the Pythagoreans – way of life. The echoes of the myth we can find in Plato’s philosophy, the life of Christ, as well as in popular movies such as Star Wars or The Matrix. The author of article adapts the myth of Hercules in their philosophical workshops ΛΕΓΩ-ΛΟΓΟΣ (LEGO–LOGOS). During the workshops ΛΕΓΩ-ΛΟΓΟΣ, participants read the texts of various philosophers: Plato’s, Aristotle’s, Cicero’s, Marcus Aurelius’, and later thinkers’: Leonardo Da Vinci’s, Descartes’ and others’. All texts are selected by a philosophical key, with a strong ethical message in the background built on the canvas of the myth of Hercules at the crossroads. In the cited act was for the first time used the phrase of „patient’s rights”. Currently in our country there are several other laws that directly relate to that issue. In recent years, there has also been set up new offices in the field of patients’ rights (Patient Ombudsman, Ombudsman for Psychiatric Patients and specialist for patient’s rights working in hospitals). Discussions concerning rights of the patient most often relate to matters of a formal nature. Specialist literature refers basically to: the issue of consent to treatment, the issue of medical confidentiality, the aspect of the dignity of the patient and the system of protection of patient rights using the services of the health care system. Rarely however – in this context – debates undertake a problem of the importance of interaction between a patient and a doctor. There is also no reflection on the position that physicians and patients occupy in the course of treating. The present text aims to depict the patient’s rights from the perspective of functional reflection. In the first place, it will be presented the context of treatment within which the sick and the doctors as well as nurses play their roles. In particular, it will be shown the commercial face of medical services.
