Management of a structured and integrated information system with a good database concept will support a more effective and efficient performance. This study aims to analyze and develop the DDDP information system as a solution for supporter donation data management in increasing time efficiency. Information system development is carried out in stages starting from the need for basic functions in accordance with the development stages with the Incremental model, namely Requirements, Specifications, Architecture Design, Code and Test. modeling system development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Data collection was carried out through observation, direct interviews with related parties, viewing documents that were related to the research being carried out and conducting literature reviews. Functional testing on the system uses the black box testing method with the test results not found any errors in the system. In 2019 the number of internet users in Indonesia reached 73.7% of the population as a whole and an increase of 8.9% from the previous year. In State Islamic High School Sidoarjo already provides internet services but existing bandwidth is not distributed evenly between ISP1 and ISP2. In this research, a Load balancing technique is carried out using the Per Connection Classifier (PCC) method. This method divides and classify the data packets to the Gateway connection. QoS Testing was performed using four parameters : Throughput, Jitter, Delay, and Packet Loss are taken the average value by measuring before and after Load balancing. Before Load balancing the uploads and downloads are 19.01 and 19.87 Mbps. From the results of testing the two domain, namely www.google.com and www.youtube.com the Delay was 55 and 39 ms, Jitter was 8 and 17 ms, and Packet Loss was 1% and 19%. Whereas after Load balancing is applied the uploads and downloads are 199.00 and 134.87 Mbps. Currently, culinary information can be easily found, both in print and online. The amount of information available sometimes makes people over-informed, making it difficult to choose a restaurant based on their preferences. To assist consumers in selecting a restaurant, we need a system that can provide several recommendations. This study aims to implement the item-based Collaborative Filtering method using the Adjusted Cosine Similarity algorithm on a restaurant recommendation system. The test was carried out with 40 samples from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta using purposive sampling because the sample was selected based on specific criteria, and 40 respondents can be said to be correct because of the minimum number of respondents is 30. The accuracy test uses precision, and the determination of the error value uses MAE. The analysis of the research results used three scenarios, which are 5, 20, and 40 users. The third scenario produces the best precision and MAE values. Precision is better if the precision value is close to 1, and MAE is getting better if the MAE value is getting closer to 0. Proses infeksi atau iritasi pada lambung mucosa bisa terjadi secara ringan kita sebut Dispesia. Sedang kita sebut Gerd, dan Akut disebut Gastritis. Aplikasi sistem pakar dapat menggunakan metode certainty factor dalam menganalisa penyakit gastritis yang dialami oleh seseorang Metode centanty factor dapat mendefinisian dan ada mendiagnosis penyakit gastritis/ dengan mengolah pertanyaan maupun pernyataan yang dapat disinkrinisasikan dengan gejala-gejala yang dialami oleh pasien/penderita sebelum mereka periksa atau konsultasi pada ahli/dokter. Pada penelitian kali ini aplikasi yang dibangun untuk mendiagnosa juga bisa digunakan pada smartphone atau aplikasi berbasi android. Semakain bertambahnya pengguna internet semakin berkurangnya performa kemampuan internet. Cara yang dapat ditempuh untuk mengurangi penurunan performansi jaringan yaitu dengan melakukan manajemen Bandwidth. Manajemen Bandwidth sangat penting dalam pengaturan alokasi Bandwidth yang akan diberikan kepada user untuk menghindari perebutan alokasi Bandwidth yang ada di jaringan. Pada penelitian ini manajemen Bandwidth menggunakan dua metode, yaitu Per Connection Queue (PCQ) dan Hierarchical Token Bucket (HTB). PCQ pada queue type adalah salah satu fitur dari MikroTik untuk membantu memanage traffic rate dan traffic packet sedangkan Hiearachical Token Bucket (HTB) merupakan jenis aplikasi yang digunakan untuk membatasi akses menuju ke port/IP tertentu tanpa mengganggu trafik Bandwidth pengguna lain. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa kualitas jaringan dengan menggunakan metode antrian HTB (Hierarchical Token Bucket) dan metode PCQ (Peer Connection Queue) lebih optimal, hal ini dikarenakan semua client akan mendapatkan kuota Bandwidth sesuai dengan rule yang diterapkan pada Bandwidth manajemen.\u0000Kata Kunci—QoS, HTB, PCQ, Mikrotik\u0000Referensi :\u0000[1] A. Senjata tradisional merupakan senjata yang dibangun dengan bentuk yang sama dari generasi ke generasi yang menjadi ciri khas setiap suku daerah. Permasalahan yang diselesaikan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum adanya aset 3D senjata tradisional Indonesia untuk pengembangan game “si Bolang” sehingga dibangun pemodelan 3D yang mendekati bentuk aslinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan objek 3D senjata tradisional Indonesia yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan game “si Bolang” dan menghasilkan model 3D yang menyerupai bentuk objek aslinya. Pemodelan 3D senjata tradisional dibuat menggunakan metode Blueprint dan seaemless unwrapping material. Kedua metode ini menggunakan agar mempermudah dalam proses pembuatan model senjata tradisional. Texturing menggunakan metode seamless unwrapping material adalah dengan membuka face model 3D lalu dilanjutkan dengan menerapkan foto asli atau foto referensi sebagai texture. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model 3D senjata tradisional yang diterima oleh tim pengembang game “si Bolang” dan dikatakan mirip oleh ahli multimedia. Pengujian alpha menghasilkan 76% sangat setuju, 24% setuju, 0% kurang setuju, dan 0% tidak setuju. Pengujian ahli multimedia mendapatkan skor 66% sangat mirip, 33% mirip, 0% tidak mirip, dan 0% sangat tidak mirip..
