{"title":"[Development and Application of Deep Learning-Based Model for Quality Control of Children Pelvic X-Ray Images].","authors":"Zhichen Liu, Jincong Lin, Kunjie Xie, Jia Sha, Xu Chen, Wei Lei, Luyu Huang, Yabo Yan","doi":"10.12455/j.issn.1671-7104.240010","DOIUrl":"10.12455/j.issn.1671-7104.240010","url":null,"abstract":"<p><strong>Objective: </strong>A deep learning-based method for evaluating the quality of pediatric pelvic X-ray images is proposed to construct a diagnostic model and verify its clinical feasibility.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>Three thousand two hundred and forty-seven children with anteroposteric pelvic radiographs are retrospectively collected and randomly divided into training datasets, validation datasets and test datasets. Artificial intelligence model is conducted to evaluate the reliability of quality control model.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The diagnostic accuracy, area under ROC curve, sensitivity and specificity of the model are 99.4%, 0.993, 98.6% and 100.0%, respectively. The 95% consistency limit of the pelvic tilt index of the model is -0.052-0.072. Firstly, an integrating sphere device is incorporated to reduce signal divergence and loss, ensuring even detection of the sample's reflected light signal and improving detection stability. Secondly, Light Tools optical simulation analysis is performed, and an integrating sphere detection model is established. Thirdly, the Williams-Clapper equation is employed to correct the error in reflectance density caused by multiple internal reflections, enhancing detection accuracy. However, because different structures and different forms of centrifugal pumps have different requirements for blood extracorporeal circulation in clinical application scenarios, blood pumps face different application conditions in clinical use. Currently, the selection of key frames relies on the doctor's visual judgement which is time-consuming and laborious. This study proposes a key frame recognition algorithm based on deep learning. Firstly, wavelet denoising and multi-scale vessel-enhanced filtering are used to preserve the morphological features of the adrenal veins. Furthermore, by incorporating the self-attention mechanism, an improved recognition model called ResNet50-SA is obtained. The system obtains the corresponding signal through STM32 control pulse and respiratory acquisition circuit, calculates and displays real-time parameters such as heart rate and respiratory rate, and transmits the data to the upper computer for storage in the database. The experimental test results show that the system can monitor pulse and respiratory waveform in different situations, and the waveform is in good condition. Compared with medical pulse oximeter, the error of measured heart rate and blood oxygen concentration is less than 3%, and the error of respiratory rate is less than 5% compared with the actual value, which verifies the accuracy of system signal acquisition. The risk of developing malignant tumors increases with the pulmonary nodule diameter. Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) stands out as the preferred surgical method. The accurate localization of pulmonary nodules is crucial for the success of VATS and remains a significant challenge for thoracic surgeons. Currently, commonly employed localization methods include CT-guided percutaneous positioning, bronchoscope-guided positioning, intraoperative ultrasound positioning, augmented reality (AR), and 3D print-assisted positioning. This review explores recent research progress, highlights the strengths and weaknesses of various pulmonary nodule localization methods. {"title":"[Research Photon Energy Spectrum of Medical Linear Accelerator by Monte Carlo Method].","authors":"Yun Xu, Yu Zhao, Zikang Li, Junxiang Wu","doi":"10.12455/j.issn.1671-7104.230387","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12455/j.issn.1671-7104.230387","url":null,"abstract":"<p><strong>Objective: </strong>The distribution of the photon energy spectrum in isocenter plane of the medical linear accelerator and the influence of secondary collimator on the photon energy spectrum are studied. <b>Methods</b> Use the BEAMnrc program to simulate the transmission of the 6 MeV electrons and photons in 5 cm×5 cm,10 cm×10 cm,15 cm×15 cm and 20 cm×20 cm fields in treatment head of the medical linear accelerator, where a phase space file was set up at the isocenter plane to record the particle information passing through this plane.
