The study first analyzes the time-domain and frequency-domain features for fault diagnosis, including quantitative and dimensionless features used to identify different types of faults. Subsequently, the study explores feature dimensionality reduction methods, including algorithms such as PCA, LLE and t-SNE, and compares the effectiveness of their application in fault diagnosis. The research focuses on proposing a lightweight deep learning fault diagnosis framework called LTCN-BLS, which combines 2-DLTCN and 1-DLTCN branches, and an ILAEN-based BLS classifier to effectively extract and fuse time-domain and time-frequency-domain features of the data. The experimental results show that the LTCN-BLS framework has high accuracy and low network complexity in fault diagnosis, and has obvious advantages in early fault monitoring, degradation assessment, and robustness compared with traditional methods.","PeriodicalId":52342,"journal":{"name":"Applied Mathematics and Nonlinear Sciences","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":3.1,"publicationDate":"2024-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140522299","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The wisdom classroom vector model is used to establish a secondary school classroom for ideological and political wisdom in this paper. In the smart classroom, students can recognize facial expressions by using GAN and tripartite consistency loss function. The ANM-CFM action recognition model is formed by the combination of the adaptive normalization module and covariance matrix fusion. For the effectiveness of the intelligent classroom of secondary school ideology and politics proposed in this paper with the related classroom behavior intelligent recognition method, the validation is carried out using example data. The results show that the first 200 frames in the smart classroom are dominated by the teacher’s lecture, and the students’ hand-raising interaction moments are mainly distributed between 200 and 400 frames. At the end of the teaching experiment, the classroom engagement level of the students in the experimental class was 9.037±0.532 points, the thinking level score of the experimental class exceeded 0.5 points compared with that of the control class, and the student’s satisfaction scores for the learning environment of the smart classroom were all over 2.4 points. The adoption of smart classrooms in the background of the Internet can realize the innovative reform of secondary school ideological and political classroom teaching and provide a new guarantee for improving the level of students’ thinking literacy.","PeriodicalId":52342,"journal":{"name":"Applied Mathematics and Nonlinear Sciences","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":3.1,"publicationDate":"2024-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140519730","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the humanistic theory and “Internet + education” mode, the article constructs a set of digital transformation paths for Civic and Political Education Management, and establishes a corresponding evaluation system. The research combines the hierarchical analysis and entropy weight methods to assign weights to the evaluation indexes. It uses the gray correlation method and TOPSIS method to calculate the indexes’ positive and negative ideal solution distances to solve the transformation effect score. Applying this path to the case studies of five colleges and universities (A to E) shows that college C has the most significant positive and negative ideal solution distance (0.01016) in developing teachers’ ideological and political competence. In contrast, college B has the smallest positive and negative ideal solution distance (0.00232) in the management system setup. In the assessment of the five universities, the highest score was found in the development of teachers’ civic and political competence (average 0.87017 points). In contrast, the lowest score was found in developing students’ civic and political literacy (average 0.28286 points). The research in this paper provides a practical path and empirical support for the digital transformation of Civic and Political Education Management in colleges and universities, which is of great significance in promoting the modernization of Civic and Political Education in colleges and universities.","PeriodicalId":52342,"journal":{"name":"Applied Mathematics and Nonlinear Sciences","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":3.1,"publicationDate":"2024-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140520273","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, because the brain will generate ERP signals when cognitive stimuli stimulate it, the group sparse decomposition method obtains ERP from EEG signals, and uses the BAP of brain regions to construct the interaction activity pattern of brain regions, and then combines with the interaction genetic algorithm to search for the optimal solution for the data in graphic design by using hierarchical degradation method for processing. The EEG data and interaction behavior characteristics of users were explored through chromatic stimulus response experiments and interaction behavior analysis. It was found that the accuracy of users’ responses to orange, green and purple were all higher than 60%, and P400 in EEG responded to the stimuli most significantly, with P-values of 0.0291, 0.0462, and 0.0355 at P5, P6, and Pz, respectively, with significant effects. The average number of interactions of 46 users in the graphic design enjoyment was 31.47, with the highest success rate of interaction reaching 99.81%, and the average duration of interaction experience for all subjects was 10.26 minutes. The diversity of women’s roles and deep-seated emotions in contemporary American films with women’s themes is reflected in changes in society’s understanding of women’s status and rights. This paper aims to examine the impact of ethical views presented in contemporary American female-themed films on society and the audience. By collecting and analyzing popular American female-themed films in recent years, it explores ethical issues and the portrayal of women in the movie. Of the 100 films studied, more than 60% present a strong ethical tendency towards female self-identification and autonomous choice, with 40% showing a clear tendency towards gender equality and anti-discrimination. We find that the images of resilience and independence shown by female characters in movies in the face of difficulties and challenges have positively impacted the values and behavioral patterns of predominantly female audiences. Contemporary American women’s films not only reflect the current social concern and exploration of women’s issues, but also promote the public’s awareness of gender equality and women’s rights through the portrayal of diversified and profound women’s images, and provide an essential perspective for the promotion of social progress and the development of cultural pluralism.","PeriodicalId":52342,"journal":{"name":"Applied Mathematics and Nonlinear Sciences","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":3.1,"publicationDate":"2024-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140519071","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, we utilize the subsumption sorting algorithm to sort the amount of cultural communication of international students’ exchanges, which is dynamically switched by a combination of two methods: back-block forward interpolation and header exchange. The D-S monopolistic competition model is used to construct the theoretical model of international student exchange that affects China’s international cultural communication power. The CES utility function is used to construct China’s international cultural communication network, which calculates the total amount of communication culture of cross-cultural exchanges between international students. In the end, an analysis of 85 international student samples revealed a correlation between international student exchanges and China’s international cultural communication. The results show that the correlation coefficient between international student exchanges and China’s international cultural communication is 0.305 p > 0.05, indicating that international student exchanges have a positive promotion effect on China’s international cultural communication.
