On the basis of the philosophy concept of music education, combining the characteristic parameters and objective function and similarity algorithm to construct a practical music education philosophy resource recommendation model to realize the construction of practical music education philosophy in colleges and universities, and adopting the method of statistical analysis to research and analyze the practical music education philosophy in the digital era. The results show that the score of instrumental performance students (4.0431) is significantly lower than that of students of other majors, and the difference is significant, with higher humanistic literacy in art and sports and a better foundation in cultural courses. The order of correlation between the scores of emotional identity dimension and the factors influencing the work of values cultivation in the philosophy of practical music education is, in descending order, the object of education (0.499), the subject of education (0.451), the mediator of education (0.476), and the ring of education (0.287), which indicates that the object of education (college students) is the most important factor influencing the work of values cultivation in the philosophy of practical music education. This study explores non-heritage cultures’ virtual experience interaction design and promotion methods. It investigates the optimization of digital revitalization and interaction design of non-heritage handicrafts with deep learning oversampling techniques to enhance user experience and promote cultural dissemination. After effective screening, 400 valid samples were obtained after collecting 450 questionnaires during the experiment. The interaction design of non-heritage virtual experiences optimized with deep learning technology can significantly improve users’ knowledge and interest in non-heritage culture. The correct rate of participants’ cognition of NRL cultural content increased to more than 95% on average after the experience, in which the proper rate of cognition of plant elements and arrangement forms was as high as 98.9%. The study found that the community interaction function plays a significant role in improving user satisfaction. This paper constructs the evaluation system of college English teaching quality based on the AHP model, builds the three-level index model of college English teaching quality by combining the relative importance level of Sta, and then carries out the normalization process to determine the importance degree of the indexes at all levels. Combined with factor analysis and data analysis of the results of the expert consultation on the indicator model to measure the factors affecting the quality of teaching in colleges and universities for the overall evaluation and analysis. From the validation data, it can be seen that there are 24 correlation coefficients above 0.5 and 12 above 0.8 in the model influence factor testing. The standardized factor loadings of each potential variable are all greater than 0.75, and the average variance extractions are all greater than 0.65, effectively verifying the internal consistency and convergent validity of the indicator model. In the validation data of the teaching evaluation system, the individual scores of the three-level indicators are all greater than 90, indicating the effectiveness and appropriateness of the teaching evaluation system. The study utilizes the leverage rate to filter valuable data and improves the leverage rate for sequence length, while introducing pruning strategies. The article proposes a TPKCEE teaching model of Civics integration into Introduction to Nursing and analyzes its practical effects. The study results showed that after the education of Civics Integration, the mean value of professional identity of most students in the studied nursing classes was more than 60 points. In the analysis of interest preference, students showed significant interest in “Concepts of Nursing”, especially in the knowledge points related to “Outlook on Life” in the Civics teaching. The TPKCEE blended teaching strategy effectively realizes the integration of Civics and Introduction to Nursing, and helps enhance medical students’ humanities. This paper utilizes data analysis and mining methods starting from the digital classroom platform to assess students’ knowledge and skill mastery through the CDA static cognitive analysis model. Then, students’ learning behaviors were analyzed using K-Means, and an evaluation model of interactive behavioral characteristics was constructed to analyze students’ Civics learning characteristics in combination with the above three aspects. Relying on the digital classroom platform, a corresponding teaching model for Civics in colleges and universities was developed. Our analysis of the impact of teachers’ and students’ interaction behaviors in Civics teaching and the realistic results of the Civics teaching model designed in this study is aided by the selection of empirical samples. The results show that the optimized students’ interactive behavior rate of Civics learning is more than 50%, and the interaction time increases to 19 minutes, which has a significant improvement effect. Aiming at the dilemma of professional ethics of senior accounting professionals, this paper introduces generator and discriminator structure based on a deep clustering algorithm and constructs a double autocoding deep embedded clustering model, i.e. DADEC model. After completing the model construction, iterative optimization of the clustering center is carried out by combining the small batch stochastic gradient descent and backpropagation algorithms to reduce the clustering loss. The optimized model is utilized in the professional ethics education of senior accounting professionals to categorize their dilemmas and explore breakthrough strategies. The results show that the perceptions of accounting majors in 15 higher vocational colleges and universities in terms of ethical knowledge, sense of professional dedication, professional ethical will, and professional ethical conduct are below 0.6 points. The mean value of the classroom effect of professional ethics education is 0.588, and there is a dilemma between a single teaching form and outdated teaching content. The scores of students in honesty, trustworthiness, love, and dedication are below 60 points. The labor education platform and labor education resource base in colleges and universities are established using the big data platform, which combines Hadoop technology and the HBase database. In order to help students obtain labor education teaching resources more efficiently on the labor education platform, reinforcement learning is combined with a deep neural network to optimize the scheduling of teaching resources, and α -the dispersion recommendation algorithm is used to realize personalized recommendations of teaching resources. With regard to the effectiveness of the labor education platform, load testing and application effects were carried out, and the influencing factors of labor behavior and craftsmanship cultivation of college labor education students were analyzed in depth. The labor education platform’s transaction response time increases by 22.5 seconds when the number of users reaches 5000, according to the results. The personal motivation for craftsmanship in the process of labor education will be affected by the campus culture, and its correlation coefficient is 0.565, and the student’s satisfaction with the platform of labor education reaches 0.825. The innovation and development of labor education in colleges and universities need to fully rely on the big data platform to promote the optimization and sharing of labor education resources and to promote the development of labor education resources. This paper explores the integration path of information technology, regional culture and environmental art design based on this trend. It puts forward an innovative optimization strategy of ecological art design for tourist scenic spots and successfully applies it to scenic places. To verify the effectiveness of this design strategy, the article adopts BP neural network model. It combines it with genetic algorithm for deep optimization to enhance the objective evaluation of the design results. In this study, through the data envelopment analysis (DEA) technique, the resource input and output effects of higher education informatization are deeply explored, and a comprehensive evaluation system for the effectiveness of higher education informatization management is constructed. Using the coefficient of variation, McLean index and Worstegen index, this paper analyzes the development differences of higher education informatization in different regions and their causes. Thirty-two representative undergraduate colleges and universities are selected as the research objects, and the results show that 11 colleges and universities have achieved optimal efficiency in education management and talent cultivation, and are recognized as DEA effective decision-making units. The study uses the finite element method and digital waveguide technology to simulate and analyze the vibration characteristics of the stringed resonating musical instrument, which is realized by the vibration equation of an ideal string and the principle of digital waveguide algorithm. The experimental results show that the applied simulation technique can effectively simulate the vibration characteristics of the resonance box of the musical instrument, such as the ideal string vibration and the cavity coupling effect. In addition, the study involves the mathematical expressions of forced vibration and resonance and the effects of various materials on the modal frequencies of the resonance box. The application of artificial intelligence technology in studying acoustic characteristics of musical instruments significantly improves the accuracy and efficiency of simulation.
